Technology planning is a very critical process in the new product and process development (NPPD). We identify technologies for doing Product and Process functions, during the planning and design of products and their manufacturing systems. Now, most companies changed to large corporations and they have an extensive supply chain networks. So we can not planning of technologies with old instruments and it is important to designing a model to coverage this gap. In the new context, manufacturability assessment is very important in the technology planning, because, it has critical effect at product quality, and time to market. In this new condition, we need suitable and integrated instruments. The purpose of this article, is the designing a model for integrated and strategic planning of manufacturable technologies groups in the supply chain networks of a corporation. The approach of the research method is qualitative. In this way, we collected secondary data bye literature review and exist document at Iran automotive firms. Primary data have collected by in-depth interviews with experts by intended sampling. As well as, collected data analyzed by using thematic analysis. Then, the model is mapped based on research findings. Next, the validation and verification of designed model is approved by using of focus group and descriptive case study methods. This paper claims that has an engineering perspective to technology planning at the supply chain networks.

Nowadays regarding vast change in the world, countries are faced with sophisticated futures. In this situation, conducting innovation and technology policy to increase productivity and also to use internal capital in efficient way is inevitable. Government should intervene to develop emerging technologies toward sustainability and provide competitive environment for developing these technologies. For this intervention, governments need to analyse technological fields and identify the problems that hinder the technology development process and finally provide suitable policies to address these problems. This article proposes a methodology for identifying systemic problems that hinder the technology development process in the context of technological innovation system framework. by identifying this problems (analysis phase),one can proposes policies in order to eliminate obstacles of technology development process. finally, the methodology is applied to the case of Iran combined heat and power (chp) technology and systemic problems that impede innovation process are identified

In this research some of impressive indices of absorption capacity and technology Catch-up specified in order to design a model for effect of Absorptive Capacity on Technology Catch-up, the model was evaluated in the selected technology. Technology Selection was done by Malik model. Literature review, expert opinion considering and Grounded theory leads us to a classification for dimensions and finally with a gradual correction, a conceptual model is developed. A questionnaire with 54 questions was distributed in target society that 267 questionnaires from 600 questionnaires were received. The results with Exploratory Function Analysis (EFA) surveyed. In the first step, results showed that there are 9 fundamental factors which consist of 29 main elements for absorptive capacity and there are 8 fundamental factors which consist of 25 main elements for technology catch-up and 1 fundamental factor to absorptive capacity and 2 fundamental factor to technology catch-up added by using the model which designed with literature review. In the second step, 10 elements of absorptive capacity and technology catch-up in first step had been included in 5 and 4 factors. Structural equations model considered for both two steps. Outcomes confirm the first extracted model and the main hypothesis of this study that was significant and positive impact absorptive capacity on technology catch up. Finally maintenance and commitment to innovation were identified as significant dimensions that they can help to policymaking in this field.

Universities in recent years, in addition to the production of knowledge also have an important role in sharing and transfer of knowledge. One of the approaches to the development and dissemination of knowledge, is the relationship between businesses and universities that are considered in various forms. At the micro level of analysis, relationship between industry and university can have a positive effect on firm performance. One of the main expectations of this relationship is the impact on a firm's innovative performance. The results of this study that is obtained from innovative performance and the university relationship of the number of companies have been located in Fars Science and Technology using a questionnaire, show the relationship with university of the companies,is in the low level.Also, this relationship could not have a significant influence on the performance of innovative companies. This result indicates that the current mechanisms do not have a relationship with the University of effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract:In the past two decades, the emphasis on policy formulation and planning for the development of science and technology in Iran can be found in the words of officials as well as upstream documents of the country. It seems, however, there are a few comprehensive studies which criticized the science and technology policies in the previous five-year development plans. By an exploratory and a descriptive approach and utilizing of quantitative and qualitative content analysis to extract and describe the data, this research has attempted to examine all of Iran’s development plans after revolution. The result of this pathology is presented in the three main categories, namely, structural analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Finally, based on the results of the research, some suggestions for better formulating the provisions of the sixth development plan in the area of science, technology and innovation have been expressed.

Nowadays, foresight techniques are used widely in different fields. Using these methods helps us to deal with future phenomena. Hence, this type of science is used in the field of energy management. Based on our knowledge, there is no such a study in which foresight methods has been used in the field of natural ventilation in residential areas. This paper describes the development and application of a science foresight methodology, and shows how it can be used to outline future research opportunities for a specific natural ventilation concept, the wind catcher. . The analysis is performed on the basis of 70 peer-reviewed papers. First, life-cycle analysis is used to map the current and future development trends of wind catcher systems. Next, using text mining and clustering analysis, the knowledge gaps and uncharted research areas in this field are identified. This information is used to evaluate the possible opportunities for new research and development activities. The paper concludes with a reflection on the methodology and its potential in future studies.
