تصاحب ارزش در اتحادهای استراتژیک فناورانه و عوامل موثر بر ابعاد مختلف آن (مورد مطالعه: صنعت خودرو)
امروزه باتوجه به پیچیدگی و عدمقطعیت بالا در محیط کسبوکار، نیاز به پیوستن به اتحادهای استراتژیک علی-الخصوص در جهت توسعه فنی و فناوری یا انتقال تکنولوژی، بهعنوان منبع نوآوری و کسب مزیترقابتی بیش از گذشته احساس میشود. اما مطالعات متعدد نرخ بالای شکست در این نوع اتحادها را نشان میدهد. اتحاد زمانی موفق است که هم بنگاههای مشارکتکننده، بهطور مشترک ارزشی را خلق نمایند و هم هرکدام از طرفین سهم خود از اتحاد را تصاحب کند. اما چالش اصلی درهنگام تصاحب ارزش بهوجود میآید. در این مقاله "تصاحب ارزش در اتحادهای استراتژیک فناورانه" بهعنوان یکی از عوامل مهمِ تاثیرگذار بر موفقیت یا عدمموفقیت این نوع اتحادها مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و بهعنوان "مجموع ارزش اختصاصی بنگاه از اتحاد بهعلاوه سهم بنگاه از ارزش مشترک خلقشده" تعریف شده است. پس از مرور ادبیات و شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ابعاد ارزش تصاحبشده، به بررسی میزان اهمیت هریک از این عوامل با روش بهترین-بدترین فازی در صنعت خودروسازی کشور پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که ظرفیت جذب، قدرت چانهزنی و تجربه عمومی قبلی بنگاه بااهمیتترین عوامل اثرگذار بر تصاحب ارزش در اتحادهای استراتژیک فناورانه است و بنگاهها باید برای کسب ارزش بیشتر از یک اتحاد بر این عوامل تمرکز داشته باشند.

شناسایی و بررسی موانع گذار اجتماعی- فنی به سیستم های خورشیدی فتوولتاییک با تاکید بر رژیم برق فسیلی
با وجود پتانسیل بسیار بالای ایران در تولید برق از سیستمهای خورشیدی فتوولتاییک، انتشار این سیستمها بسیار کند است. پژوهش حاضر که در بازه ی زمانی1397-1395صورت گرفته، با ترکیب رویکردهای چند سطحی و نظام نوآوری فناورانه، در پی شناسایی و بررسی موانعی برآمده که رژیم اجتماعی – فنی برق فسیلی ایران در بستر تاریخی و فرهنگی خود موجبات عدم گذار به سیستم های خورشیدی فتوولتاییک را فراهم آورده اند. بدین منظور، در مرحله نخست، ابتدا پس از مرور ادبیات، مصاحبه با خبرگان و سپس تحلیل مضمون داده های حاصله، موانع گذار با تاکید بر رژیم شناسایی شدند و سپس از تکنیک دلفی فازی جهت آزمون نتایج و خبره سنجی استفاده گردید که نهایتا 10 مانع در 4 دستهی اقتصادی، نهادی، سیاسی و فنی طبقه بندی شدند که از جملهی آنها میتوان به کنترل بازار توسط رژیم حاکم، بکارگیری استراتژی های گفتمانی ، تنظیم مقررات و استانداردها و ... اشاره کرد. در مرحلهی دوم نیز مصاحبه با خبرگان و استفاده از روش تحلیل و توسعه گزینههای استراتژیک (سودا) مشخص کرد که این موانع بیشترین تاثیر را بر کارکردهای مشروعیتبخشی، تخصیص منابع و جهت دهی به سیستم داشته اند. در نهایت نیز تعدادی سازوکار برای غلبه بر این موانع پیشنهاد گردید.

شناسایی معیارهای ارزیابی فرصت در شتابدهندهها
فرآیند شتابدهی با ارزیابی و انتخاب از میان کسبوکارهای متقاضی آغاز میشود. شناخت معیارهایی که در فرآیند ارزیابی و انتخاب مورد استفاده قرار میگیرند از یک سو برای شتابدهندهها و از سوی دیگر برای متقاضیان پذیرش در دورههای شتابدهی حائز اهمیت است. این پژوهش با بهرهگیری از روش آمیخته کیفی-کمی به شناسایی معیارهای ارزیابی فرصت در شتابدهندهها میپردازد. ابتدا با مرور سیستماتیک مقالات مرتبط با شتابدهندهها و همینطور مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه شتابدهی، معیارهای ارزیابی در سه بعد مسئله-راهحل، تیم کارآفرین و شتابدهنده استخراج گردید. سپس با تحلیل پرسشنامههای گردآوری شده از مدیران و مربیان شتابدهندههای فعال ایرانی با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS، معیارهای ارزیابی فرصت و دلایل عدم پذیرش فرصت مورد بررسی و تایید کمی قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان میدهد که شتابدهندهها با استفاده از 11 معیار در پی ارزیابی ریسکهای چهارگانه بازار، فناوری، کارگزاری و سرمایه هستند. خوشهبندی اهمیت معیارهای ارزیابی برای شتابدهندهها نشان میدهد که رویکردهای ارزیابی به دو دسته ارزیابی تیممحور و بازار محور قابل تقسیم است.

تاثیر قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات و قابلیت یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید: نقش تعدیل گری ظرفیت جذب دانش
توسعه محصول جدید فعالیتی راهبردی برای بسیاری از شرکتها جهت کسب مزیت رقابتی است. این مهم مستلزم بررسی متغیرهای موثر بر عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید می باشد. در این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات و قابلیت یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین بر عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید پرداخته شده و در این ارتباط نقش تعدیلگری ظرفیت جذب دانش نیز بررسی شده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شرکتهای تولیدی فعال واقع در شهر صنعتی رشت میباشد و پرسشنامهها توسط مدیران و کارشناسان ارشد شرکتها تکمیل شده است. به منظور ارزیابی برازش مدل و آزمون فرضیههای پژوهش 120 شرکت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها، از روش میدانی و ابزار پرسشنامه با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس استفاده شده و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار پی ال اس استفاده شده است. یافتهها نشان داد که قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات موجب افزایش عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید میشود. نقش تعدیلگری ظرفیت جذب دانش در رابطه بین قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات و قابلیت یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین و همچنین نقش تعدیلگری ظرفیت جذب دانش در رابطه بین قابلیت یکپارچگی زنجیره تامین و عملکرد توسعه محصول جدید تایید گردید.

ارائه مدل کسب وکار موثر در حوزه کسب وکارهای الکترونیکی با روش شبکه خزانه
مفهوم مدل کسب وکار به منظور موفقیت برای سازمانها در دنیای رقابتی و همچنین کسب جایگاه جهانی در علم کارآفرینی اهمیت یافته است. این مقاله استفاده از تئوری سازه شخصی و روش شناسی شبکه خزانه را بیان مینماید که روشی جدید برای استخراج فهم شناختی کارآفرینان از مدل کسب وکار میباشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. نخست با استفاده از 13 مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با کارآفرینان حوزه کسب وکارهای الکترونیکی و استخراج 346 سازه اولیه از فهم شناختی آنها از مدل کسب وکار موثر، با یاری روش تحلیل محتوا، 37 سازه ثانویه بدست آمد. در مرحله دوم با ابزار پرسشنامه نظرات خبرگان به منظور نظامند کردن سازههای مدل کسب وکار موثر جمع آوری شد. مشارکت نظری این پژوهش بیان چارچوبی از مدل کسب وکارموثردر حوزه کسب وکارهای الکترونیکی با استفاده از روش شبکه خزانه میباشد. این چارچوب میتواند برای شروع و توسعه کسب وکار برای کارآفرینان مفید بوده و برای درک مدل کسب وکار موثر در تحقیقات آینده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

بررسی مسیرهای توسعه و تطور نظری قابلیت های پویا مبتنی بر تحلیل هم استنادی
هدف این پژوهش بررسی مدارک دگرگونساز در حوزه نظری قابلیتهای پویا است. قابلیتهای پویا که یکی از نظریات اساسی در گستره مدیریت استراتژیک است به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال اساسی است که چرا برخی از بنگاه ها در شرایط رقابت نسبت به سایر بنگاهها از عملکرد بهتری برخوردارند. این نظریه که ریشه در اندیشه منبع محور به بنگاه و نظریه اقتصاد تطوری دارد پس از گذشت نزدیک به 20 سال از طرح به یکی از غنی ترین نظریات و پرمناقشه ترین نظریات در حوزه مدیریت استراتژیک تبدیل شده است. روش به کارگرفته شده در این پژوهش از نوع علم سنجی بوده و تلاش شده است تا با استفاده از تحلیل استنادی در گام نخست نرخ شکوفایی مدارک علمی مختلف استخراج و سپس با استفاده از تحلیل هماستنادی مدارک، مرکزیت بینابینی هر مدرک مورد سنجش قرار گیرد. در نهایت با استفاده از شاخص سیگما تلاش شده است تا مدارک دگرگونساز در این حوزه نظری استخراج گردد.نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که 23 مدرک در این حوزه دارای نقش دگرونسازی بوده و پاشنههای توسعه این حوزه نظری را رقم میزنند. از سوئی دیگر این 23 مدرک به 3 مکتب اصلی یعنی نظریات پشتیبان، توسعه دهندگان و کاربست نظریه منتهی میشوند
