تأثیر ابعاد نوآوری ملی بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری در کشورهای منتخب
صنعت گردشگری، یکی ازصنایع متنوع، بزرگ وبا رشد بالا است که مهمترین منبع درآمدی وعامل ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی در بسیاری از کشورها به شمار میرود و نیزاز جمله پایههای اصلی اقتصاد جهانی محسوب میشود.بر این اساس، بررسی عوامل تأثیرگذار بر آن درمباحث اقتصادی از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار شده است. بدین منظور، درپژوهش حاضربا استفاده از دادههای تابلویی و به روش گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته، تأثیر پنج نهاده نوآوری ملی شامل نهادها، سرمایه انسانی، زیرساختها، پیچیدگی بازاروپیچیدگی کسبوکار و دو ستاده نوآوری ملی شامل ستاده های دانش وفناوری وستاده های خلاقانه بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری در 20 کشور منتخب جهان طی دوره 2007 الی 2017 بررسی شده است. نتایج برآوردی نشان داد تأثیر کلیه نهادهها و ستاده های نوآوری ملی بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری مثبت و معنادار است؛ اما ضریب تخمینی نهادهها از سایر ابعاد، بزرگ ترو ضریب تخمینی پیچیدگی بازار از سایر ابعاد،کوچکتراست. همچنین، تأثیر متغیرهای کنترلی سرمایه طبیعی، جهانیشدن، ثبات سیاسی و نرخ ارز واقعی بر توسعه صنعت گردشگری مثبت و معناداراست.

عوامل تاثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی سازمانی فناورانه: با رویکرد کسب و کارهای الکترونیک
امروزه اکثر مشتریان، فناوری پیشرفته اطلاعات و ارتباطات را نهتنها برای برقراری ارتباط با آشنایان، بلکه بهمنظور ایجاد ارتباط با کسبوکار مورد علاقه خود نیز بکار میگیرند. بعلاوه، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات مسیر بنگاهها را به بازارهای جدید هموار ساخته و میزان موفقیت سازمان از طریق بسترهای دیجیتال را افزایش میدهد؛ بنابراین، مدلهای فعلی کارآفرینی سازمانی پاسخگوی نیاز سازمانهای فناوریبنیان نبوده و ضروری است در فضای کسبوکار پویای امروز، کارآفرینیهایی بروز پیدا کنند که عوامل متأثر از فناوریهای پیشرفته، در آنها مدنظر قرار گرفته باشند. این پژوهش، مدلی مفهومی برای کارآفرینی سازمانی فناورانه (کارآفرینی فناورانه در سازمانها) با رویکرد کسبوکارهای الکترونیک ارائه میکند تا موجب افزایش سودآوری سازمانها از طریق بهکارگیری هوش تجاری منتج از تحلیل دادههای بزرگ و اتخاذ تصمیمات دقیق شود. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف، در زمره تحقیقات «اکتشافی کاربردی» و به لحاظ روش، جزء مطالعات «کیفی» بهشمار میرود. با مطالعه ادبیات و پیشینه پژوهش، عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی سازمانی فناورانه با تأکید بر کسبوکارهای الکترونیک شناسایی و با چهار گام دلفی، توسط 20 نفر از خبرگان این حوزهها مورد غربالگری قرار گرفت و در نهایت، مدلی مفهومی با 15 عامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی فناورانه در سازمانها ارائه شد.

توسعه نرمافزارهای کاربردی مختلف با ویژگیهای بازیوارسازی، روند جدیدی را در دنیای تجارت به وجود آورده است. با افزایش تعداد کسبوکارهایی که تکنیکهای بازیوارسازی را برای افزایش تعامل با مشتری بهکار میگیرند، این پدیده به تکنیکی نوظهور در تجارت تبدیل شده است. با وجود این روند رو به رشد، ادبیات بازاریابی همچنان با کمبود مدلهایی مواجه است که استفاده از بازیوارسازی را در زمینه درک مشتریان از یک نوآوری تحولآفرین و پذیرش آن توضیح دهند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی قصد پذیرش نرمافزار کاربردی پرداخت موبایلی در چارچوب مدلی یکپارچه برگرفته از مدل پذیرش نوآوری دیویس و تئوری نوآوری تحولآفرین کریستنسن با افزودن متغیر بازیوارسازی است. پژوهش حاضر، بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و ازنظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است. با توجه به شرط حجم نمونه در معادلات ساختاری (5 تا 15 برابر سؤالات پرسشنامه)، با نمونهگیری خوشهای از 5 دانشکده دانشگاه گیلان 211 پرسشنامه بهصورت حضوری جمعآوری شد. بررسی فرضیهها نیز در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاری و به کمک نرمافزار "اسمارت پی ال اس" انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد بازیوارسازی در کنار سایر متغیرهای مدل پذیرش فناوری دیویس تأثیر قابلتوجهی در پذیرش نرمافزارهای کاربردی پرداخت موبایلی بهعنوان یک نوآوری تحولآفرین ایفا میکند.

بررسی رفتار جذب منابع انسانی تحقیق و توسعه در شرکتهای دانش بنیان در پاسخ به سیاست های مالی و مالیاتی: مطالعه موردی ایران
بنگاههای کوچک و متوسط فناور اغلب بهعنوان منبع مهم ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی فناورانه محسوب شده و به همین علت نیز مورد حمایت دولتها قرار میگیرند. بررسی پاسخ رفتاری بنگاههای حمایتشده، ابزار مهمی بهمنظور یادگیری سیاستی است. این پژوهش، تغییرات نیروی انسانی تحقیق و توسعه بنگاههای دانشبنیان را قبل و بعد از دریافت ترکیبهای مختلف از ابزارهای سیاستی معافیت مالیاتی، تسهیلات توسعه فناوری و تسهیلات تجاریسازی، در دو دسته از شرکتهای دانشبنیان کوچک و متوسط (کمتر از 50 نفر) و شرکتهای دانشبنیان بزرگ (50 نفر و بیشتر) مقایسه و تحلیل نموده است. نتایج نشان داد که بنگاههای دانشبنیان کوچکی که دریافتکننده یک یا هر دو تسهیلات توسعه فناوری و تجاریسازی بودهاند، توانستهاند نیروی انسانی تحقیق و توسعه را افزایش دهند؛ درحالیکه در بنگاههای بزرگ دانشبنیان هیچکدام از ترکیبهای ابزارهای حمایتی تأثیر معناداری بر افزایش نیروی انسانی تحقیق و توسعه نداشته است. در حوزه ارزیابی شاخصهای عملکردی در سطح بنگاه، این پژوهش اولین مطالعهای در ایران است که از روش طرح عاملی برای ارزیابی اثر سیاستها استفاده و تأثیر متقابل ابزارها را بر جذب منابع انسانی تحقیق و توسعه بررسی نموده است.مهمترین مزیت این روش این است که اثرات پارامترها به همراه اهمیت نسبی و نحوه تعامل آنها با یکدیگر مشخص میشود.

تحلیل فرصت طلبی فناورانه شرکت سامسونگ در بازار تلفن همراه با تاکید بر وفاداری و اعتماد مشتری
ک کسب و حفظ وفاداری مشتری، چالش اساسی در بازارهای به شدت رقابتی است. فرصتطلبی فناورانه، بهعنوان یک قابلیت سازمانی میتواند شرکتها را در پیمایش فعال بازارها، شناسایی و درک نیازهای مشتری و پاسخگویی به آنها یاری رساند و درنتیجه، با ایجاد اعتماد در مشتری زمینه وفاداری آنها را فراهم سازد. همچنین پذیرش و خرید این نوآوریها از سوی مشتریانی که به شرکت اعتماد بالاتری دارند نیز، بیشتر خواهد بود؛ موضوعاتی که در پژوهشهای گذشته کمتر بدان پرداخته شده و یا اینکه نگاه منفی به بُعد فرصتطلبی شده است. ازاینرو، پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رابطه بین فرصتطلبی فناورانه و وفاداری مشتری با توجه به نقش اعتماد مشتری در بازار گوشی تلفن همراه پرداخته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که اعتماد به برند رابطه بین فرصتطلبی فناورانه و وفاداری مشتری را تعدیل نمیکند، بلکه ابعاد متغیر فرصتطلبی فناورانه (حساسیت نسبت به تغییرات فناوری و پاسخدهی به تغییرات فناوری) از طریق افزایش اعتماد مشتری موجبات وفاداری رفتاری و نگرشی وی را فراهم میسازد. همچنین حساسیت نسبت به تغییرات فناوری بر وفاداری نگرشی مشتری اثر مستقیمی دارد.

شناسایی پیشرانهای موفقیت کارآفرینی دیجیتالی با رویکرد فراترکیب
بستر فناوری اینترنت، راهاندازی و ایجاد کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه دیجیتالی را سادهتر و سریعتر نموده است. پیادهسازی این نوع کسبوکارها در ایران کُند است و از طرفی تاکنون پژوهشی بهصورت جامع عوامل موفقیت این نوع کسبوکارها را بررسی نکرده است؛ بنابراین، هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشرانهای موفقیت کارآفرینی دیجیتالی با روش کیفی فراترکیب است. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری دادهها از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی به شمار میرود. برای شناسایی عوامل موفقیت کارآفرینی دیجیتالی به کمک روش فراترکیب، تعداد 311 مقاله بررسی شد که از میان آنها 36 مقاله برای تجزیهوتحلیل نهایی استفاده شدند. در این پژوهش، ابتدا 28 شاخص موفقیت کارآفرینی دیجیتالی شناسایی و در 3 مقوله و 7 مفهوم طبقهبندی شدند. پس از استخراج شاخصها با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب، برای تعیین وزن شاخصها از روش آنتروپی شانون، استفاده شد. نتیجه پژوهش نشان داد که شاخص نحوه بازاریابی و ارتباط با مشتریان در فضای مجازی با ضریب اهمیت 066/0 رتبه اول و شاخصهای زیرساخت فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرهنگ پذیرش کارآفرینی دیجیتالی در سازمان، رتبههای دوم و سوم را بهعنوان عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت کارآفرینی دیجیتالی به خود اختصاص میدهند.
