الگوی ساخت و انباشت قابلیتهای فناورانه تولید محصولات و سامانههای پیچیده در کشورهای در حال توسعه: مطالعه موردی شرکت توربوکمپرسور نفت
طی دهه های اخیر اقتصادهای نوظهور و کشورهای تازه صنعتی شده تلاش های زیادی در زمینه دستیابی به دانش و قابلیت های فناورانه مورد نیاز برای ساخت و توسعه محصولات و سامانه های پیچیده به نمایش گذاشته اند. یکی از این موارد کشور ایران است که در سال های گذشته برای دستیابی به دانش، مهارت و فناوری های ساخت توربین های گازی تلاش های زیادی کرده و به نتایج مطلوب و قابل ملاحظه ای دست یافته است. این پژوهش قصد دارد با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی و استراتژی پژوهش مطالعه موردی اکتشافی، الگویی نظری برای ساخت و انباشت قابلیت های فناورانه ساخت توربین های گازی به عنوان محصولات و سامانه های پیچیده در یک بنگاه متاخر ایرانی (شرکت توربوکمپرسور نفت) بدست دهد. نتایج و یافته های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که الگوی ساخت و انباشت قابلیت های فناورنه ساخت توربین های گازی در این شرکت شامل سه مرحله است: 1) خرید، مونتاژ و بهره برداری از توربین های وارداتی؛ 2) ساخت مشترک توربین های گازی به صورت تحت لیسانس؛ و 3) ساخت توربین های گازی به طور مستقل در شرایط تحریم. بعلاوه، تکامل و پویایی استراتژی های کسب فناوری و سازوکارهای یادگیری فناوری در هر مرحله از الگوی مورد نظر نمایش داده شده اند.

تاثیر گشودگی، ظرفیت تحقیقاتی، همکاری بین کارکردی و نظام انگیزشی بر عملکرد نوآوری بنگاه های دفاعی
درسال های اخیر، تمایل بنگاه های دفاعی به نوآوریِ بیشتر از یک سو و مطرح شدن راهبرد نوآوری باز از سوی دیگر، آنها را که ماهیتاً بنگاه هایی بسته و فاقد تعاملات گسترده بوده اند به سمت گشودگی و تعاملات بیشتر سوق داده است. با توجه به اینکه گشودگی (باز شدن) بنگاه های دفاعی به دلایل امنیتی هزینه هایی را به آنان تحمیل می کند، سیاستگذاران و مدیران همواره با این سوال روبرو بوده اند که آیا گشودگی بر عملکرد نوآورانۀ آنها موثر است یا خیر. برای بررسی این موضوع، نوآوری و گشودگی در 99 بنگاه دفاعی سنجش گردید. همچنین، ظرفیت تحقیقاتی ، نظام انگیزشی و همکاریهای درون بنگاهی نیز به عنوان سایر متغیرهای موثر بر نوآوری سنجیده شدند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که تاثیر مستقیم گشودگی بر نوآوری بنگاه ها ناچیز است ولی بطور غیر مستقیم و از طریق ظرفیت تحقیقاتی، تاثیر قابل توجهی بر نوآوریِ بنگاه های مذکور دارد. بعلاوه، سیستم انگیزشی و همکاری های بین کارکردی این بنگاه ها تأثیر معناداری بر عملکرد نوآوری آنها ندارد که می تواند ناشی از ماهیت دفاعی آنها باشد.

تبیین فرآیند توسعه فناوری با استفاده از موتورهای محرک نوآوری؛ مورد مطالعه: توسعه فناوری نیروگاه های بادی در ایران
امروزه در سراسر جهان مباحث مربوط به انرژی با حساسیت بیشتری نسبت به گذشته پیگیری میشود. پیامدهای زیست محیطی سوختهای فسیلی و محدودیت آنها دو مشکل اصلی است که جهان با آن روبرو است. یکی از راهکارهای کاهش وابستگی به انرژیهای فسیلی، توسعه انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر میباشد که یکی از مهمترین انواع آن برای ایران انرژی باد است. هدف اصلی این مقاله، تبیین فرآیند توسعه فناوری نیروگاههای بادی بر اساس مدل نظام نوآوری فناورانه و موتورهای محرک نوآوری است. در این راستا با استفاده از روش تحلیل تاریخی وقایع و مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته، حلقههای علی معلولی بین کارکردهای نظام نوآوری فناورانه یا همان موتورهای محرک نوآوری نیروگاههای بادی در ایران استخراج گردیده است. سپس با کمک پیمایش بوسیله پرسشنامه و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، روابط بین موتورهای محرک نوآوری نیروگاههای بادی در ایران اعتبارسنجی و این موتورهای نوآوری ارائه شده اند

روش فناوریهای کلیدی یک رویکرد مفید برای ارزیابی و رتبهبندی فناوریها و یا مسیرهای تحقیقاتی است که به شکل گستردهای در کشورهای متعددی بکار رفته است. از آن جا که در این روش ارزیابی فناوریها بر اساس قضاوت افراد متخصص صورت میگیرد، دقت نتایج بسیار متاثر از نظرات خبرگان خواهد بود. بکارگیری روش گسترش عملکرد کیفیت فازی و استفاده از عبارات کلامی بجای اعداد قطعی میتواند نتایج روش مرسوم فناوریهای کلیدی را بهبود بخشد. همچنین استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی دادهها این امکان را فراهم میکند تا با درنظر گرفتن تمامیمعیارها و برآیندگیری از نمرات ارزیابی، یک امتیاز کارایی برای هر فناوری محاسبه شود و رتبهبندی آنها با سهولت بیشتری صورت پذیرد. رویکرد پیشنهادی به منظور شناسایی و اولویتبندی فناوریهای توسعهای در سازمان توسعه و نوسازی معادن و صنایع معدنی ایران پیادهسازی شده و کارکردهای آن مورد آزمون قرار گرفته است و بهبود نتایج نسبت به روش مرسوم مورد تایید خبرگان بخش میباشد. به این ترتیب فناوریها با عناوین " فرآوری سنگ آهن به روش مغناطیسی" ، " فرآوری سنگ آهن به روش خردایش و دانهبندی" و " تولید آهن اسفنجی به روش پرد" در سه اولویت اول قرار گرفتهاند.

بررسی تاثیر حمایت از اختراع و نوآوری بر صادرات کشورهای شمال و جنوب
هدف اصلی این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر حمایت از اختراع و نوآوری بر عملکرد صادراتی است. در این راستا دو نمونه در قالب کشورهای شمال و کشورهای جنوب شناسایی شده و مدل اصلی تحقیق برای دوره 1986 تا 2015 با استفاده از روش گشتاورهای تعمیم یافته سیستمی دو مرحله ای برآورد شد. نتایج اصلی تحقیق نشان داد که اثر حمایت از ثبت اختراع بر صادرات هر دو گروه از کشورها مثبت بوده به نحوی که کشش صادرات نسبت به شاخص حمایت از ثبت اختراع برای کشورهای شمال و جنوب بیش از 15/0 برآورد شده است. کشش صادرات نسبت به متغیر نوآوری نیز در هر دو گروه از کشورها مثبت بوده، با این تفاوت که میزان کشش صادرات نسبت به نوآوری در کشورهای شمال بزرگتر از کشورهای جنوب بوده است. همچنین متغیرهای تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه، سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی و بازبودن تجاری اثر مثبتی بر صادرات هر دو گروه مورد بررسی داشته است، هر چند که تأثیر این متغیرها در کشورهای جنوب بزرگتر بوده است.

انتخاب روش مناسب برای پیش بینی تکنولوژی موتور هواپیمای ایران 140
همزمان با افزایش سرعت پیشرفتهای تکنولوژیک و تغییرات محیطی، بنگاههای مبتنی بر تکنولوژی، بیش از پیش ضرورت پیشبینی را درک می نمایند. از آنجا که به دلیل شرایط تکنولوژی و معیارهای مورد نظر، امکان استفاده همزمان از تمام روشهای پیشبینی تکنولوژی میسر نیست، لذا نیاز است تا از بین روشهای موجود روشی کارا و اثربخش برای پیشبینی تکنولوژی خاص مدنظر قرار گیرد. نظر به تعدد معیارهای موثر بر این انتخاب و تفاوت میزان اهمیت این معیارها در انتخاب روش مناسب پیشبینی تکنولوژی، استفاده از روشهای تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه مورد توجه صاحبنظران این حوزه قرار گرفته است. در همین راستا مقاله کنونی با هدف ارایه چارچوبی جهت انتخاب روش مناسب پیشبینی تکنولوژی تدوین شده است. بدین منظور، در ابتدا با بررسی پیشینه، شاخصهای مناسب برای انتخاب روش پیشبینی تکنولوژی، استخراج شده است. پس از نهایی شدن معیارها با کمک اعضای کمیته مرتبط و با بهرهگیری از روشهای تصمیمگیری چندشاخصه، وزن هر یک از معیارها محاسبه شده و در ادامه روشهای پیشبینی شناسایی شده در نظر گرفته شده برای مورد مطالعاتی موتور هواپیما، ارزیابی و اولویتبندی شده اند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بر اساس نظر خبرگان، روش پیشبینی دلفی بهترین روش برای پیشبینی تکنولوژی در این حوزه میباشد.
