مطالعه تطبیقی سبکهای رهبری موثر بر موفقیت شرکتهای نوپای دانشبنیان ایرانی – موردکاوی چندگانه
شرکتهای دانشبنیان، از اصلیترین پیشرانهای اقتصاد دانشبنیان هستند؛ بنابراین، بررسی دلایل موفقیت آنها اهمیت ویژهای دارد. در میان عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت این شرکتها در دوره نوپایی، رهبری سازمانی و رهبری نوآوری یکی از مهمترین جایگاهها را در اختیاردارند. در این پژوهش تلاش شد در شرکتهای نوپای دانشبنیان ایرانی،سبک رهبری منجر به موفقیت از زاویه تطبیق با سبکهای رهبری رایج در ادبیات، بررسی شود. این پژوهش ازنظر هدف، توسعهای است و گردآوری و تحلیل دادهها با روش کیفی موردکاوی چندگانه انجام شده است. باانتخاب نمونههایی با ویژگیهای حداکثری از میان 186 شرکت دانشبنیان سودآور که تیم راهانداز شرکت در آنها پابرجا بود،نهایتاًدر موردکاویهای نهم و دهم، اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. استخراج دادهها از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته با 21 نفر از رهبران و نیروهای کلیدی این شرکتها صورت گرفت و تحلیل محتوای مصاحبهها و استخراج کدها و مقولهها و شناسایی ارتباط آنها انجام شد. نهایتاً، مشخص شد با وجود مشاهده بُعد بنیادین «انگیزش الهامبخش» از سبک رهبریِ«تحولگرا» در این شرکتها، سایر ابعاد این سبک کمرنگ هستند، همچنین با وجود مشاهده رفتارهای مهمی از رهبری «ساختارساز» و«خدمتگزار»نمیتوان این دو سبک را غالب دانست و درواقع ترکیبی از اجزای این سبکهاست که سبب موفقیت بوده است.

ارزیابی سطح بلوغ فناوری و برآورد هزینههای مرتبط با آن در زیردریایی کلاس سبک
فرایند تعیین و اندازهگیری سطح بلوغ فناوری و برآورد هزینه توسعه آن برای سازمانهای پیشرو در تحقیق و توسعه امری مهم تلقی میشود. در این رابطه نیاز است تا رویکردهای بومی متناسب با شرایط حاکم بر فضای کشور، ایجاد شده و توسعه داده شوند. این پژوهش،به دنبال ایجاد و توسعه چنین رویکردی برای دستیابی به فناوریهای دومنظوره در یک زیردریایی کلاس سبک انجام شد. فناوری مذکور نتیجه تحقیق و توسعه داخلی در بازه سالهای 97- 96 در یکی از صنایع نظامی بوده است. بدین منظور، ابتدا با استفاده از دو ماتریس خانه کیفیت، خواستههای اصلی مشتریان و الزامات کارکردی-عملکردی تشریح و سطح فناوری مشخص شد. سپس، به تعیین و تجزیهوتحلیل شکاف موجود در سطح فناوری فعلی پرداخته شد و با استفاده از مشخصههای فنی فناوری، آمادگی آن بهصورت کمّی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. درنهایت، با تعیین سطح آمادگی فناوری، هزینههای موجود فناوری حاضر، توسط تکنیک هزینه بر مبنای فعالیت محاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد که فناوری مذکور سطح 4 را به پایان رسانده و اکنون در سطح 5 قرار دارد. رویکرد ارائهشده را میتوان بهعنوان راهنمایی برای بخش تحقیق و توسعه سازمانها مورد استفاده قرار داد.

شناسایی الگوهای ذهنی انگیزش دانشکاران مجرب در راستای ارتقای نوآوری (مورد مطالعه: مرکز تحقیقات مخابرات ایران)
دانشکاران، موتور محرکه در اقتصاد دانشبنیان هستند و تحولات فناورانه و نوآورانه رابطه مستقیمی با عملکرد و انگیزه آنها دارد. این پژوهش، با استفاده از روش کیو، نوع تفکر دانشکاران مجرب و الگوهای ذهنی آنان درباره عوامل انگیزهبخش را موردبررسی قرار داد. بهمنظور گردآوری فضای گفتمان، مرور نظاممند ادبیات انجام شد و بیش از هزار مقاله از پایگاههای معتبر علمی مرور و درنهایت از 90 مقاله منتخب، لیست کامل عوامل انگیزهبخش دانشکاران استخراج شد. نمونه معرفی از فضای گفتمان با مراجعه به متخصصان، انتخاب و در قالب گزینههای کیو بازنویسی شد. سپس،۱۳ دانشکار مجرب که بهطور هدفمند از مرکز تحقیقات مخابرات ایران انتخاب شده بودند، طبق جدول مرتبسازی کیو در مرتبسازی گزینهها مشارکت نمودند. الگوهای ذهنی دانشکاران مجرب با انجام تحلیل عاملی و تفسیر آنها استخراج شد که بر آن اساس، پنج گونه ذهنی شامل ریاستطلبان، محافظهکاران، احساساتیها، بلندپروازان و کمالگرایان، شناسایی و ویژگی آنهاموردبحث قرار گرفت. با استفاده از نتایج، راههای انگیزهبخشی و درک دانشکاران مجرب قابل استحصال است. با در نظر گرفتن عوامل انگیزاننده مستخرج و مشخصات هر یک ازاینگونهها، علاوه بر ارتقای عملکرد دانشکاران مجرب، سازمان نیز میتواند به اهداف مدنظر خود از نوآوری توسط دانشکاران دست یابد.

آسیب شناسی مدل های کسب وکار هوشمندی فناوری در ایران
امروزه، کسبوکارهای هوشمندی فناوری در ایران در فروش خدمات خود ناکام مانده و بهتبع آن در کسب سود که هدف نهایی هر کسبوکاری است، شکست خوردهاند.از همین رو، پژوهش حاضر به دنبال شناسایی دلایل ناکامی این کسبوکارها در فروش خدماتشان است. این پژوهش، کیفی بوده و در آن، از روش تحلیل محتوای قیاسی استفاده شده است. بدین منظور، مدل کسبوکار استروالدر بهعنوان مدل مفهومی انتخاب شد و3 جزء اصلی آن بهمنظور فراهم نمودن سؤالات مصاحبه، مورداستفاده قرارگرفت. پسازآن، بامالکان کسبوکارها بهمنظور بررسی دیدگاههایشان در خصوص دلایل ناکامی مدلهای کسبوکار هوشمندی فناوی در کشور مصاحبه انجام شد. سپس، تحلیل هر مصاحبه از طریق بررسی خطبهخط و بابهرهگیری از نرمافزار کیفی ماکسکیودی ای انجام شد. براساس تحلیل محتوای کیفی یافتهها، مدل کسبوکار هریک از کسبوکارهای موردمطالعه استخراج و بهمنظور ارزیابی مدلهای کسبوکار با کاربرد معیارهای استروالدر، از طیف لیکرت استفاده شد. در هرکدام از کسبوکارها، معیارهای«اثربخشی کانال»، «یافتن مشتریان جدید بهطور پیوسته»و «مشارکت مشتری درفرایند خلق ارزش»ضعیفترین معیارها شناخته شدند. دلایل ضعف کسبوکارها در این معیارها، در دو محور عرضه (ضعف در بازاریابی، تخصص و مهارت، هزینه، رقبا، محتوا، فرهنگ سازمان) و تقاضا (ضعف در سطح کلان و خرد) شناسایی شدند.

شناسایی و تبیین عوامل موفقیت در پیادهسازی استراتژی رخنه در رشد (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای نوپدید استان لرستان)
شرکتهای نوپدید از آنجا که از نقدینگی و سرمایه بالا برخوردار نیستند، برای بقا و موفقیت در بازارهای رقابتی باید از روشهایی استفاده کنند که ضمن دستیابی به هزینههای پایین، بالاترین اثربخشی را در جذب و جلب مشتریان داشته باشند. این روشها در ادبیات بازاریابی، تحتعنوان بازاریابی رخنه در رشد شناخته میشوند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی و تبیین عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در پیادهسازی استراتژی رخنه در رشد انجام پذیرفت. در این پژوهش، برای جمعآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه و در بخش کمی از پرسشنامه استفاده شد که دادههای کیفی با نرمافزار اتلس تی و روش کدگذاری و دادههای کمی با روش دلفی فازی تحلیل گردید.یافتههای پژوهش در بخش کیفی، مبین شناسایی بیست عامل بهعنوان عوامل موفقیت در پیادهسازی استراتژی رخنه در رشد و یافتههای کمی، شامل اولویتبندی این عوامل بود. بدین ترتیب، نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که مهمترین عوامل موفقیت در پیادهسازی استراتژی رخنه در رشد در شرکتهای نوپدید، مهارتهای شناختی شالوده شکن، تسلط همزمان بر بازاریابی و برنامهنویسی، تسلط بر بازاریابی الکترونیکی و بازاریابی محتوا و بازاریابی از طریق افراد مشهور و اثرگذار است.

توانمندی شبکهسازی، ساختار شبکههای کسبوکار و عملکرد تجاریسازی در شرکتهای دانش بنیان (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای دانش بنیان استان اصفهان)
یکی از مهمترین چالشهای شرکتهای دانشبنیان در ایران، بهبود فرآیند تجاریسازی است واکثر این شرکتها در دستیابی به عملکرد مطلوب تجاریسازی با مشکل مواجه هستند. در ادبیات تجاریسازی، بر اهمیت شبکههای کسبوکار و اتحادهای راهبردی تأکید شده است ولی نقش توانمندی شبکهسازی برای شکلگیری و مدیریت مؤثر ارتباطات شبکهای در جهت بهبود عملکرد تجاریسازی بررسی نشده است. بهویژه، در مورد شرایطی که شرکتها بهتر میتوانند توانمندی شبکهسازی خود را با در نظر گرفتن ساختار شبکهها در راستای تجاریسازی موفق هدایت کنند، بینش اندکی وجود دارد. با در نظر گرفتن دیدگاه منبع محور و دیدگاه شبکههای کسبوکار بهعنوان لنز نظری، پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد با رویکردی ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی)، ابتدا نسبت به شناسایی ابعاد بومی توانمندی شبکهسازی اقدام نموده و در گام بعد، با ارائه مدل، تأثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم این توانمندی را بر عملکرد تجاریسازی در شرکتهای دانشبنیان مشخص نماید. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، برازش مدل پیشنهادی پژوهش در سه بخش برازش مدل های اندازهگیری، ساختاری و کلی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که توانمندی شبکهسازی و ابعاد آن بر عملکرد تجاریسازی شرکتهای دانشبنیان تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد. علاوه بر این، نقش میانجی ساختار شبکههای کسبوکار در رابطه بین توانمندی شبکهسازی و عملکرد تجاریسازی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
