مستندسازی و واکاوی تجربه تدوین راهبرد فناوری در یک سازمان اقتصادی بزرگ
راهبرد فناوری یکی از اصلیترین ابزارهای مدیریت فناوری است. علیرغم وسعت پیشینه موضوع، پژوهشهای محدودی پیرامون تدوین راهبرد فناوری برای بنگاههای بزرگ و چند کسب وکاری تدوین شده است. برایناساس مقاله حاضر به مطالعه فعالیتهای تدوین راهبرد فناوری در یک سازمان اقتصادی بزرگ در کشور پرداخته است تا ضمن مستندسازی و تحلیل فعالیت های مذکور با استفاده از اسناد و مصاحبه ها، آنها را با روش های رایج مقایسه کند. براساس نتایج حاصله، گونه بندی جدیدی شامل چهار نوع راهبرد فناوری بهبودآفرین، رقابتآفرین، بازآفرین و تحول آفرین پیشنهاد شدهاند. یافتههای پژوهش نشان می دهند در سطوح مختلف سازمان، تسلط لازم بر مفاهیم مدیریت فناوری وجود ندارد و درنتیجه اغلب فعالیت های موردانتظار از هلدینگ ها برای تدوین راهبرد انجام نشده است. اگرچه فشار از بالا، دلیل اصلی تدوین راهبرد فناوری در بنگاههای زیرمجموعه بوده، عدم استمرار آن در میانمدت، منجر به پیگیری نشدن اجرای کامل و عدم ارزیابی نتایج گردیده است. همچنین فعالیتهای تدوین راهبرد فناوری زمانبر بوده، وجود برداشتهای متفاوت از مفهوم راهبرد فناوری در سطوح مختلف مشکلآفرین بوده و کاستیهای دانشی فراوانی در حوزه مدیریت فناوری وجود دارد؛ بنابراین توصیه میشود در فرایند تدوین راهبرد، رویکرد یکپارچه ای اتخاذ شود که پیاده سازی، ارزیابی نتایج و تغییر ساختارها را دربرگیرد. علاوه بر آن پیشنهاد میشود تبیین چرخه عمر، نحوه دسترسی و اکتساب فناوری ها و زمانبندی معرفی محصولات نیز موردتوجه قرار گیرد.

رویکردی جامع در بررسی نقش قوانین مرتبط با انتقال فناوری در قراردادهای همکاری مشترک خارجی (مورد مطالعه شرکت اُمیاپارس)
یکی از مهم ترین راههای میانبر جهت دستیابی به فناوری موردنیاز در کشورهای درحالتوسعه مانند ایران انتقال فناوری است. بااین وجود، بسیاری از پروژه های انتقال فناوری خارجی تعریفشده در تحقق اهداف دانشی مدنظر خود با چالشهای جدی مواجه هستند. برایناساس تدوین قوانین هوشمندانه، تسهیلکننده و متناسب با ویژگیهای هر کشور، یکی از راهکارهای ارتقای سطح انتقال فناوری به کشورها است. در پژوهش حاضر ابتدا با مرور پیشینه نظری و بررسی قوانین ایران و 3 کشور منتخب، چالشهای انتقال فناوری به 4 گروه اصلی عوامل مرتبط با واگذارنده، گیرنده، بستر و فرآیند و محتوای موردانتقال طبقهبندی شدند. سپس با هدف تحلیل عمیق چالشها، گردآوری و تحلیل دادههای کیفی ناشی از مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 10 نفر از خبرگان صنعتی و علمی صورت پذیرفت. در ادامه، قوانین سه کشور منتخب چین، کره جنوبی و ترکیه با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون بررسی شد و در نهایت چالشهای مرتبط با نمونه موردی شرکت مشترک اُمیاپارس - که حاصل سرمایهگذاری مشترک شرکت ایران پودر و شرکت بینالمللی اُمیا است - بررسی شد و به تبیین کاملتر چارچوب مورداشاره کمک نمود. برایناساس ضرورت نگاه جامع و زمینهمحور به مقوله انتقال فناوری، تمرکز مشوقها بر ارتباطات فناورانه عمیق، قوانین تقویت کننده توانمندی و انگیزه شرکتهای داخلی جهت یادگیری فناوری و یکپارچهسازی قوانین مرتبط با انتقال فناوری به عنوان مهم ترین یافتههای پژوهش شناسایی شد.

چارچوب عوامل موفقیت پیادهسازی نوآوری باز با استفاده از رویکرد فراترکیب
نوآوری باز با تأکید بر ازبینبردن مرزهای سازمان و دخیلکردن عوامل ارزشآفرین خارج از سازمان، احتمال موفقیت و توسعه سازمانی را بالا برده و ریسک ناشی از خطرات سرمایهگذاری را کاهش میدهد. علیرغم پژوهشهای فراوان پیرامون نوآوری باز، ارائه چارچوبی جامع و یکپارچه از ابعاد پیادهسازی موفق نوآوری باز مغفول باقی مانده و هریک از مطالعات پیشین بر جنبهای متفاوت از پیادهسازی نوآوری باز تمرکز یافتهاند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائه یک چارچوب کلنگر و جامع از عوامل موفقیت پیادهسازی نوآوری باز میباشد و بدینمنظور در گام اول بررسی نظاممند 46 مقاله از میان 200 مقاله موجود در پیشینه حوزه نوآوری بازار با تکیه بر روش فراترکیب در دستورکار قرار گرفته است و در گام دوم، عوامل شناساییشده با رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری اولویتگذاری شدهاند. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، ابعاد موفقیت پیادهسازی نوآوری باز شامل مشارکت داخلی و خارجی، مدیریت دانش، قابلیت فناوری اطلاعات، نیرویانسانی، عوامل راهبردی، پشتیبانی و زیرساخت سازمانی میباشد و از میان عوامل مذکور، نیرویانسانی، پشتیبانی و زیرساخت سازمانی بهعنوان تأثیرگذارترین ابعاد و مشارکت داخلی و خارجی بهعنوان تأثیرپذیرترین ابعاد شناسایی شدند. پژوهش حاضر با شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر پیادهسازی نوآوری باز به توسعه نظریه و ایجاد بینش جدیدی در این حوزه پرداخته است و چارچوب پیشنهادی پژوهش قابلیت کاربرد در سازمانها و صنایع مختلف را دارا میباشد.

ارائه چارچوب تعمیق ساخت داخل با رویکرد شکلگیری بومسازگان فناوری (مطالعه موردی پروژه ساخت داخل واگن مترو)
علیرغم دغدغه فراوان پیرامون دستیابی به ساخت داخل در کشور، تاکنون سیاستها و ابزارهای مختلف و عمدتاً عرضهمحور جهت دستیابی به ساخت داخل در بسیاری از موارد دستاورد چندانی نداشته است. این مقاله رویکرد جدید و تقاضامحور شکلدهی بومسازگان فناوری را بهعنوان راهحلی برای حل این مسئله معرفی کرده است. در این راستا پروژه ساخت داخل واگن مترو که مصوب سال 1398 است، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و جمعآوری دادهها با برگزاری 10 جلسه گروه کانونی و روش تحلیل مقایسه ثابت انجام شده است. بر اساس یافتههای حاصل از مطالعه موردی، دستیابی به تعمیق ساخت داخل با چهار مقوله برنامهریزی و تدوین استراتژی، طراحی مدل عملیاتی، شناسایی ظرفیتها و توانمندیهای داخلی و اجرای استراتژی در ارتباط است که این مقولهها مشابهت زیادی با چهار فاز تحلیل، طراحی، استقرار و اجرا در چارچوب شکلگیری بومسازگان دارد؛ بنابراین مقاله حاضر چارچوبی برای تعمیق ساخت داخل واگنهای مترو با رویکرد شکلگیری بومسازگان فناوری ارائه کرده است که میتواند در تلاشهای آینده برای عملیاتیسازی سیاستهای ساخت داخل در صنایع دیگر نیز مفید باشد.

تحلیل تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری مدیریت مالکیت فکری در شرکتهای دانش بنیان دارویی مستقر در تهران
مدیریت داراییهای فکری در قالب خلق، حفاظت و بهرهبرداری به هنگام از این داراییها، نقش مهمی در ایجاد مزیت رقابتی در شرکتهای دانشبنیان دارویی دارد. علیرغم آثار انکارناپذیر مدیریت داراییهای فکری بر کسبوکار این شرکتها، میزان درک و آگاهی مدیران شرکتهای مزبور عوامل تشکیلدهنده مدیریت داراییهای فکری (در قالب تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری این عوامل در فرایند مدیریت این نوع از داراییهای سازمانی) نامشخص میباشد. برایناساس، هدف مقاله حاضر، شناسایی و بررسی فعالیتهای مؤثر بر مدیریت داراییهای فکری در شرکتهای دانشبنیان دارویی میباشد و بدین منظور از روش پژوهش پیمایشی، ابزار پرسشنامه برای گردآوری دادهها و روش دیمتل برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شده است. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، 2 عامل خلق و تجاریسازی داراییهای فکری بهعنوان عوامل تأثیرپذیر قطعی و 3 عامل کسب، حفاظت و اعمال داراییهای فکری بهعنوان عوامل تأثیرگذار قطعی در مدیریت داراییهای فکری در شرکتهای مذکور هستند و عامل تجاریسازی داراییهای فکری از نظر اهمیت (مجموع شدت تأثیرگذاری و تأثیرپذیری)، در اولویت اول و عامل حفاظت از داراییهای فکری در اولویت بعدی قرار دارد. ازاینرو مدیران شرکتهای دانشبنیان دارویی باید در فرایند مدیریت این داراییها در سازمان توجه ویژهای به این دو فعالیت داشته باشند.

پویاییشناسی اثر سیاستهای مرکز رشد فناوری اطلاعات بر تابآوری شرکتهای فناور مستقر در آن
پارکهای علم و فناوری و مراکز رشد با ایجاد زیرساختهای لازم و ارائه خدمات با ارزش افزوده بالا به تابآوری شرکتهای فناور کمک میکنند. مطالعات مختلف اثرات پارکها و مراکز رشد فناوری را متفاوت دانسته و آن را متأثر از سیاستهای این مراکز میدانند. در این راستا با توجه به سیاستهای خاص مرکز رشد فناوری اطلاعات پارک علم و فناوری یزد و از آنجا که در این مرکز از شرکتهای پذیرششده تعدادی موفق و پایدار و تعدادی ناموفق بودهاند، در این پژوهش با تکیه بر رویکرد پویاییشناسی سیستمها اثر سیاستهای مرکز رشد بر تابآوری شرکتهای فناور مستقر در آن بررسی شد. بدین منظور مدلسازی اسنادی (بررسی ادبیات موضوع) و گروهی (مصاحبه با تعدادی از مدیران مرکز رشد فناوری اطلاعات و شرکتهای مستقر در آن) برای بررسی تابآوری در سطح بنگاه در دستور کار قرار گرفت. برایناساس شبیهسازی مدل نشان داد که سیاستهای مرکز رشد بر عملکرد شرکتها مؤثر است و شیوه نظارت بر شرکتها باید به جای تکیه بر خوداظهاری شرکتها به سمت پایش و ارزیابی واقعی عملکرد آنها تغییر کند.
