شناسایی ابعاد اصلی بلوغ تحول دیجیتال در سازمانهای صنعتی با استفاده از رویکرد مرور نظاممند پیشینه
امروزه تحول دیجیتال صنایع که بهعنوان صنعت چهارم شناخته میشود، به یکی از مهمترین عناوین پیشینه تحول سازمانی تبدیل شده است و تحقق آن در سازمان منجر به برتری فناورانه و راهبردی سازمان میشود. باوجود این منافع، ماهیت غیرقطعی و غیرشفاف پیامدهای سرمایهگذاری در تحول دیجیتال، گروه زیادی از سازمانها را از ورود به این حوزه بازداشته است. دراینراستا کمبود دانش در خصوص ابعاد این پدیده و فقدان راهنما برای هدایت سازمانها بهعنوان دلایل اصلی این امر شناسایی شدهاند. در پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی ابعاد و عوامل مؤثر بر تحول دیجیتال، مقالات مرتبط در بازه زمانی ۲۰۱۵ تا ۲۰۱۹ با رویکرد مرور نظاممند پیشینه مطالعه شده و متن مقالات با بهکارگیری رویکرد نظریه دادهبنیاد و باتکیهبر نرمافزار مکسکیودا کدگذاری و تحلیل شده اند. برایناساس، ابعاد اصلی بلوغ تحول دیجیتال در قالب مدل ابرانگارهای و ذیل پنج بُعد اصلی و ۱۳ مقوله طبقهبندی شدهاند. چارچوب نظری حاصل میتواند در طراحی مدلهای بلوغ تحول دیجیتال در پژوهشهای آتی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

شناسایی و تحلیل ابعاد توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال و ارائه مدلی برای آن در شرکتهای دانش بنیان کوچک و متوسط
کارآفرینی دیجیتال، شیوه جدید کسبوکار است که زمینه را برای توسعه اقتصادی در کشورهای درحالتوسعه فراهم میکند و به فراخور شیوع کووید-19 نیز ضرورت توسعه آن تسریع شده است. ازسوی دیگر توسعه کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه دیجیتالی در ایران نسبتاً کند است و تاکنون پژوهشی بهصورت جامع، ابعاد توسعه این نوع کسبوکارها را بررسی نکرده است. برایناساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تحلیل ابعاد توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال در شرکتهای دانشبنیان کوچک و متوسط و ارائه مدلی برای آن میباشد. در این پژوهش بامطالعه پیشینه موضوع و مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته، ابتدا 147 کُد مربوط به توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال شناسایی شده است و سپس باتکیهبر روش کیفی تحلیل مضمون، کُدها در قالب 29 مضمون پایه و 7 مضمون سازماندهنده طبقهبندی شدهاند. درادامه با بهکارگیری مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، مضامین مدلسازی شدهاند و درنتیجه مدل نهایی در سه سطح زمینهای، ساختاری و محتوایی قرار گرفتهاند. درنهایت نیز مدل پیشنهادی با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تائید شده است. براساس یافتههای پژوهش، از میان 7 عامل اثربخش در توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال، عوامل بُعد ساختاری و عوامل بُعد زمینهای به ترتیب بیشترین تأثیرپذیری و تأثیرگذاری را داشتهاند و درنتیجه از نقشی کلیدی در توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال در شرکتهای دانشبنیان کوچک و متوسط برخوردار میباشند.

شناسایی چالشها و کاستیهای موجود در مسیر سیاستگذاری برای توسعه صنعت محتوای دیجیتال در ایران
امروزه صنعت محتوای دیجیتال یکی از منابع ثروتآفرینی و رشد اقتصادی در کشورهای توسعهیافته میباشد. بااینحال توسعه این صنعت در کشور علیرغم وجود سرمایه غنی ادبی و فرهنگی و ظرفیت بالقوه قابلتوجه کماکان مغفول مانده است. دراینراستا، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی موانع توسعه صنعت محتوا در ایران است. این پژوهش که به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش توصیفی است، در دو مرحله کیفی و کمّی انجام شده است. ابتدا در مرحله کیفی، شاخصهای پژوهش باتکیهبر پیشینه و مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با 12 نفر از فعالان صنعت محتوا استخراج و سپس با مشارکت خبرگان دستهبندی شدند. در ادامه و در مرحله کمّی، شاخصها با مشارکت 135 تن از فعالان صنعت محتوای دیجیتال و باتکیهبر روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبه اول و دوم صحتسنجی شدند. یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد چالشهای مربوط به دسترسی کسبوکارها به علم و فناوری، چالشهای مربوط به فقدان زیرساختهای لازم و چالشهای مربوط به ناکافیبودن حمایت دولت ازجمله مهمترین چالشهایی هستند که در مسیر رشد صنعت محتوا در ایران وجود دارند و بیش از سایر حوزهها نیازمند برنامهریزی و اقدام ضروری میباشند.

ارائه الگوی تحلیل کیفی تعاملی ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین پایدار فناوری اطلاعات در شرکتهای دانشبنیان
یکی از مهمترین رویکردهای راهبردی رقابت، کسب پایداری در مدیریت زنجیره تأمین فناوری اطلاعات برای ایجاد توازن اطلاعات در میان تصمیمگیرندگان میباشد که میتواند در قالب ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیستمحیطی و غیره بازتاب یابد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی تحلیلِ کیفی تعاملی ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین پایدارِ فناوری اطلاعات در شرکتهای دانشبنیان است. براساس روششناسی پژوهش ترکیبی، ابتدا برای شناسایی مؤلفهها و گزارههای ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین پایدارِ فناوریِ اطلاعات از تحلیل فراترکیب و دلفی استفاده شد که مشارکتکنندگان این بخش ۱۵ نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان در سطح دانشگاهی بودند. سپس در بخش کمّی از تحلیل بازنمایی سیستمی استفاده شد که در این بخش نیز ۲۰ نفر از متخصصان فناوری اطلاعات در شرکتهای دانشبنیان مشارکت داشتند. مبتنی بر یافتههای پژوهش، سه مؤلفه اصلی و ۲۸ گزاره اولیه تائید شد که پس از تحلیل دلفی باهدف رسیدن به حدّ کفایت نظری تعداد ۲۱ گزاره نهایی شد. درادامه نیز تحلیل روابط بین پیوندها و تأثیرگذاری سیستمی با گزارههای تأییدشده صورت پذیرفت و برایناساس محرک ترین گزارهها و پیامدهای مربوط به هریک از ریسکهای زنجیره تأمین پایدار فناوری اطلاعات در شرکتهای دانشبنیان مشخص شد.

چارچوبی برای ارزیابی نوآوری در صنایع خلاق با تمرکز بر صنایع دستی
صنایع خلاق یکی از بخشهای اقتصادی رو به رشد است که بررسی جنبههای مختلف آن در سالهای اخیر موردتوجه پژوهشگران و سیاستگذاران در سراسر جهان قرار گرفته است. دراینراستا شناخت و ارزیابی نوآوری در این صنایع، گامی مؤثر برای آغاز سنجش نوآوری در صنایع مذکور میباشد و موضوعی چالشی برای سیاستگذاران به شمار میآید. در ایران، صنایعدستی یکی از بخشهایی است که بیشترین مبادلات تجاری را در میان صنایع خلاق به خود اختصاص داده است و به نظر میرسد برای حضور قدرتمندتر کشور در عرصه رقابت بینالمللی، این حوزه نیازمند نوآوریهای بیشتر است. ازاینرو در پژوهش حاضر، ابتدا شاخصهای نوآوری در صنایعدستی بررسی شدهاند و سپس برای سنجش میزان اهمیت و همبستگی شاخصهای مذکور، باتکیهبر پرسشنامه از کارشناسان صنایعدستی خواسته شده تا نظرات خود را دراین خصوص اعلام دارند. درنهایت به کمک روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، چارچوبی جهت ارزیابی نوآوری شامل 17 شاخص و 5 عامل اصلی پیادهسازی نوآوری، مشارکت منابع انسانی، ارتباطات بیرونی، آموزش و یادگیری و تمرکز بر فرایندهای سازمانی ارائه شده است.

رتبهبندی روشهای مناسب ارزشگذاری فناوریهای زیستی: حوزه تخمیر
امروزه لزوم توجه به ماهیت هر فناوری و استفاده از روش های متناسب با ویژگی های آن، در ارزش گذاری فناوری ها بیشازپیش اهمیت یافته است. درهمینراستا، در پژوهش حاضر تلاش شده است تا روش های مناسب ارزش گذاری فناوری های زیستی حوزه تخمیر، به عنوان یکی از فناوری های مهم و پرکاربرد، رتبه بندی شوند؛ بنابراین پس از مطالعه پیشینه، مصاحبه با خبرگان و تحلیل پرسشنامه تکمیلشده توسط خبرگان فناوریهای زیستی حوزه تخمیر، 36 شاخص کلیدی مؤثربر انتخاب روش مناسب ارزش گذاری فناوری در فناوریهای زیستی حوزه تخمیر استخراج و در 4 دسته سیاست های سازمان، محیط سیاسی و قانونی، ویژگی های بازار و صنعت و نهایتاً ویژگی های فناوری دستهبندی شدند. سپس به کمک خبرگان مدیریت فناوری و بااستفاده از مدل تاپسیس، رتبه بندی روش های مناسب ارزش گذاری فناوری در فناوریهای زیستی حوزه تخمیر انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که مدل های «درخت دوجملهای»، «اختیار معامله»، «بلک شولز» و «بازارمحور» به ترتیب مناسب ترین روشهای ارزشگذاری فناوری در فناوریهای زیستی حوزه تخمیر محسوب میشوند.
