In Iran, despite the attempts, it seems that this process has not been conducted properly yet. By knowing the effective factors on success or failure of technology transfer from universities to industry, it is possible to make more reasonable and precise decisions.In this paper, after investigation, by use of fuzzy Dematel technique and system dynamic modeling approach and CLD plotting, the effective variables on technology transfer are identified and finally a conceptual model representing the factors and mechanisms was designed and presented.
