Nowadays, a variety of technologies has penetrated different spheres of life, including business and affairs seems to be impossible without it. Among the advantages of this technology, for increased speed, accuracy, cost reduction and time saving that all of them ultimately leads to improved performance and increased productivity. One of the most important industries has been the impact of information technology is banking industry. Banks are trying to change the style of their provide services and their customers encouraged to take advantage of new channels and services including Tele banking, Mobile banking, Internet banking and all branches of electronic banking. To investigate factors that may affect customers using Internet banking legal entities have positive effects, this study will provide a model to examine the effects of these factors. In this paper, based on literature and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the factors which affected on acceptance of internet baking by legal entities are identified and a conceptual model is developed. A questionnaire is designed and distributed between legal costumers of Eghtesad Novin bank. Structural equation approach is used to investigate research hypotheses and validate the conceptual model of the research. Results of statistical model show the proposed model is befitting to data and factors of trust and security have the most impact on the acceptance of this technology.
