This research, by extracting and studying the effective factors in knowledge transfer process which is created by Iranian graduates from universities of the developed countries, classified and measured the effectiveness of this factors. For this purpose, considered factors in knowledge transfer process at all levels of knowledge transfer were extracted and categorized by studying the results of previous research. These factors were extracted through literature review and then interviews with relevant experts. The resultant factors were analyzed through 115 completed questionnaires by confirmatory factor analysis method. As a result of this study, factors such as "the ability to understand the results of research and the acceptance of new ideas by the recipient of knowledge", "the need for employment of specialist manpower", "sanctions imposed by international institutions", "mutual respect" and "enactment of incentive laws" are the most important factors that affecting knowledge transfer process. متخصصان، به عنوان ذخائر غیر مادی، همواره مورد توجه کشورهای پیشرفته به شمار میروند و اهمیت این موضوع تا حدی است که بهرهبرداری بهتر از این ذخائر، از شاخص‌های توسعه‌یافتگی جوامع به شمار می‌آید. پژوهش حاضر، درصدد است ضمن شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر فرآیند انتقال دانش توسط دانش آموختگان ایرانی در کشورهای توسعه یافته، به میزان اثرگذاری هر کدام از این شاخص‌ها بپردازد. به این منظور با بررسی نتایج تحقیقات پیشین در این زمینه، عوامل موثر بر فرایند انتقال دانش در تمامی سطوح انتقال دانش استخراج و دسته‌بندی شد. این عوامل با انجام مصاحبه‌هایی با خبرگان در این حوزه تکمیل و طی این مصاحبه‌ها عواملی که با نگاه بومی بر این فرآیند تاثیرگذارند؛ استخراج گردید. در نهایت عوامل مستخرج از مصاحبه‌ها و ادبیات موضوع طی پرسشنامه‌ای از طریق 115 نفر از خبرگان تکمیل و با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در نتیجه، معیارهای « توانایی درک نتایج پژوهش‌ها و پذیرش ایده‌های جدید توسط گیرنده دانش»، «وجود نیاز بکارگیری نیروی انسانی متخصص »، « تحریم‌های اعمال شده توسط نهاد‌های بین المللی»، «وجود احترام متقابل» و «تصویب قوانین انگیزاننده» از مهمترین معیارهای اثرگذار بر فرآیند انتقال دانش توسط ایرانیان دانش‌آموخته در کشورهای توسعهیافته شناخته شدند. https://jtdm.irost.ir/article_685_3328bdf9a4b9504b9398284244fe97c2.pdf
