Many of these Knowledge-Based Organizations (KBO) operate in a set of science and technology parks (STP), with infrastructure services, consultancy services, and financial support. Innovative performance is a combination of the overall success of the organization as a result of the efforts made to modernize and improve the various aspects of innovation in the organization. In this research, the effect of STP services on the innovative performance of KBO's was investigated. The concepts and model of research were defined by reviewing the literature. The research population in this research is KBOs in STPs of University of Tehran and Tarbiat Modares University. To collect data, a questionnaire was distributed among managers of the KBOs in STP. Data was analyzed by structural equation model. The results of the research confirmed all of the hypotheses and showed that the services of STPs (including consulting and infrastructure services, networking benefits and credit support) have a significant impact on the 4 dimensions of the company's innovative performance including product, process, market and organizational innovation Today, knowledge-based companies are the engine of the knowledge economy.
