Presence of foreign corporations (as contractor or consultant) in huge construction projects in Iran is a good opportunity for enhancement of domestic corporation’s knowledge and technology. Using this opportunity became less notable for our construction project’s managers. The purpose of this study is present some strategies in order to enhance technology spillover’s facilities in our country’s construction projects. The interviewees consist of opinions of some director managers, project managers, contractual experts and executive managers in overall three active huge construction projects in our country. In this study in order to identify and suggested technology spillover contractual strategies, we have used content analysis technique and data that have been analysed frequently by educational and industrial experts. The following strategies including some contractual and pre contractual strategies that have been achieved by triangular method (interview, observation and study of predications).
