Further, considering that the present research approach is qualitative, the content analysis of documents and deep and semi-structured interviews with the experts in this field has been used to analyze the data. As a result, the status of biopharmaceutical innovation ecosystem was identified based on Its entities, its relations and its main characteristics. Given the importance of these companies in the development of countries' economies, this research examines the new products development (NPD) process in these companies. Firstly, the relationships between the factors were evaluated using the DEMATEL technique and the degree of importance of each factor were determined. Results indicate that the most important factors affecting the time of incubation phase included: customer requirements, rework, and delay in the onset of the phases of NPD. These factors have the highest impact on increased time and costs in the processes of knowledge-based companies and share of knowledge has the highest impact on customer requirements and rework. Therefore, considering the accurate knowledge management, which is associated with the share of knowledge, is of paramount importance. The results of DEMATEL demonstrate that the level of complexity of a new project had the most impact on delays in moving from one stage to another due to the fact that complexities require more coordination. The present study due to it’s objective is practical and terms of methodology is descriptive correlational. With simple random sampling 104 companies in Yazd science park were selected as an example.The results show that employees skills،brand orientation and internal social capital have positive meaningful impact on technology reputation. Forty six percent of variations of technology reputation is explained by Brand orientation . Research method was functional survey and Data were gathered by the whole 5-item Likert questionnaire which was including 36 questions. The statistical population this research forms saderat bank customers in Mashhad city. Data statistical analysis was done by using structural equations model (SEM). Results show that diversity and intuition have a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness significantly.
