		<Abstract>The purpose of this paper is to provide a systematic decision framework to support decision makers in choosing or constructing the most appropriate practices for OI adoption. This work brings OI into the realm of practices by moving the focus from outcome to the practices -, i.e. from OI as a new artifact to the act of innovating.&lt;br /&gt; So this paper, after a deep review of OI research literature, seeks to provide a sophisticated framework for decisions on the adoption of OI. The framework was implemented in three phases in a large Iranian company active in the food packaging and printing industry. In the first step, two categories of variables were chosen for measuring the status of OI practices, namely contextual factors and descriptor variables. In the second and third steps, using the multi-criteria decision-making techniques, the current and then the desirable status of OI practices are identified.&lt;br /&gt;The results of the research show that there is a deep contradiction between the current and the desired status of the practices adopted in the “retention stage” in the company under study. This gap is less in other the stages of innovation process, namely “exploration” and “exploitation” stages.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Functions, actors, and multi-level governance are three essential elements of regional innovation systems. Functions are dynamic capabilities that cause sustainable competitive advantage and economic growth of regions in addition to realizing development, dissemination and exploitation of innovation. However, not only the theoretical foundations of functional analysis of regional innovation have been developed to a limited extent, but discussions have been provided without considering the different ecological conditions of the regions. In this study, in addition to explaining the concept of function, based on qualitative content analysis methodology, the functions of regional innovation system in developing countries are presented. The study pupulation included all books, research reports and articles from 1995 to 2017. Finally, based on criterion-based sampling, 93 sources were analyzed. Eight functions resulted are: &quot;regional innovation governance and guide the direction of search capability&quot;, &quot;capability to build innovation ecosystem&quot;, &quot;capability to technology scanning and predicting technologies of companies and industries&quot;, &quot;capability to industrialization based on technology (Fits DUI approach)&quot;, &quot;empowerment, support and resources mobility capability (human, financial, etc.)&quot;, &quot;networking, interactive learning, overflowing and knowledge accumulation&quot; , &quot;capability to stimulate/create markets&quot; and, finally, the &quot;capability to discover and disseminate entrepreneurial opportunities.&quot;</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The turbulent environments and the presence of factors such as sanctions, government laws, access to state-owned corporate confidential information, traditional ways of business, instability in economic conditions, especially exchange rate fluctuations that are important for ICT products, enhance uncertainty and challenges of such an environment. In the meantime, there are successful knowledge-based companies that have continued to dominate Iranian market, and although they have been struggling with many problems, they have been able to create and maintain a good market share and continue their activities. We believe that part of the success and growth of these businesses stems from their timely action against challenges and capabilities that cannot be attributed to routine capabilities just like any other business. In such an environment, the competitive advantage is not sustainable, and small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) need tools to continue to operate and achieve market share. In order to explain the role of dynamic capabilities on the performance of SMEs, a model was developed using the literature and then, by interviewing the managers and staff of these companies, the model accuracy was examined.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>competitive advantage and the survival knowledge-based start-up companies depends on maintaining and enhancing the commercialization of technology, the core of the attention of novice business managers is the evaluation and measurement of the TC. In this research, priority is given to the factors affecting the performance of TC and its evaluation in 50 novice students based on the growth center of Science and Technology Park of Tehran University using the FBWM technique. In order to achieve this goal, a comprehensive overview of the literature of the subject has been used by the experts of the experts including the managers of Tehran University of Science and Technology Park and the top companies of the universities in the growth stage of the park. The results of the research show that the speed of commercialization through the number and timing of acquiring new products is the most important factor in the performance of TC. Also, according to the factors of the scale of technology, with the effective use of patented patents and technical knowledge, the future of the market and the scope of the market from the perspective of the experts have become the next important levels.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Nowadays, considering the importance of the role of science and technology in the country’s economic development, the role of knowledge-based firms has become more important in the economic growth of countries. In this regard, financial supports from knowledge-based firms, especially in early stages and in right mechanism, is important. One of the important financial supports is the tax system which help to enhance Knowledge-based firms. Therefore, the design of tax enhancement system for knowledge-based activities is important. So, in this research, the affecting factors on the development of the tax system which is supports knowledge-based activities are identified based on case study research strategy. First, the 14 preliminary affecting factors were identified based on the literature review and interviews with experts and categorized in 4 categories. The aim of this study is to identify the affecting and affected factors by designing a new business model for banking industry, with antecedents and consequences that come out from literature, meta-synthesis, and Delphi technique by using judgments and snow bullets sampling method from the views of 17 university teachers and 17 managers of a private bank in Iran, and two-step Delphi technique was used to reach the consensus of experts. Further, to analyze data, we employed SPSS software and used W-Kendall tests. Also, we used Friedman test to ranking dimensions and indicators. Results show that according to the experts about antecedents, the structure of financial institutions is the most important factor, and then customers segmentation, financial technology developers and business environment are in the next steps. About the dimensions of E-banking model, the proposed services is the most important factor, and then customer relationship management, Infrastructure management and financial management are in the next steps. About the consequences, the business environment is the most important factors and then organizational performance and virtual banking are in the next steps.</Abstract>
