The purpose of this research is to study the cognitive microfoundations and supportive dynamic capabilities of innovation ambidexterity. To conduct research, multiple-case study and classic grounded theory methods are used. Five IT companies in Iran are selected as cases in point. Interviews with top executives are conducted and several organizational documents are analyzed. The findings show that successful IT companies, nurture special capabilities within themselves to manage the ambidexterity tensions. These capabilities include the asymmetric balancing of the corporate portfolio, cuddling and admonition of human resources, flexibility of structure, adaptation of performance appraisal, managerial stabilization, physical and professional liveliness, and innovation acceleration. Moreover, the CEOs of successful companies were equipped with the cognitive frames of spectral forecasting, accelerated analytical orientation, Progressive time orientation, and Emotional ambivalence orientation, while using the cognitive mechanisms of preference, sequence, and verification. Therefore, the recruiting and training of cognitively capable CEOs, and developing and reinforcing the organizational capabilities which are supportive of ambidexterity, can facilitate the emergence and continuance of explorative and exploitative innovations in IT companies.Today, organizations need to enhance their capacities to manage the tensions between exploration and exploitation. Yet, it is critical to investigate which kind of innovation is more fit to integrate within the strategy of knowledge-based companies. The present study aims to investigate the role of open innovation in the technology development of knowledge-based companies. It chooses to analyze the strategy of the knowledge-based companies located in the Growth Center of the Iranian Research Organization for Science and technology as its case study. The selected methodology is a qualitative research based on questionnaires and interviews with innovators, entrepreneurs, and experts on their approach to open and closed innovations. The research was conducted in 2021. The findings show that open innovation is one of the factors that has played a role in the development and promotion of technology and has been effective in the emergence of factors such as competitiveness, survival, flexibility against changes, and reducing costs related to technology development and idea generation. Also, networking, human power empowerment, cooperation with companies to obtain new resources, development of team skills, and internationalization of activities are some of the factors that were less important in the studied companies. Surveys show that among the indirect intervention measures, credit guarantee programs have received more attention from governments to facilitate the financing of NTBFs due to the need for limited budget and appropriate leverage effect. In the current research, using the survey method, more than 400 companies were studied to check the status of credit guarantee programs of NTBFs in Iran. Based on the results of the research, the evaluation and validation system and guarantees and collaterals are the most important challenges of the mentioned companies in the field of financing. Also, the weakness, lack or absence of evaluation and validation system, ease of access to financial resources, diversity in guarantee tools, intermediate institutions in the field of technology, provision of guarantees and collaterals and intervention and support of the government are recognized as the main challenges to the success of credit guarantee programs for NTBFs. In this regard, the use of Internet of Things services in the field of rehabilitation requires the new Internet of Things businesses; Therefore, it is necessary to determine competitive and cooperation strategies in completing the product chain for the development and evolution of new businesses. The key issue is how to analyze the components of the business ecosystem and evaluate the role and behavior of actors who interact with each other to achieve co-evolution. This research aims to provide an analytical model for the development of the business ecosystem of the Internet of Things and to analyze the interactions and behaviors of its actors. According to the complexity and uncertainty of the mentioned ecosystem, a model based on the agent-based approach in the technology management system was proposed, and in the following, the simulation and analysis of the said model to network businesses based on the layers of the Internet of Things architecture and actors' interactions in Economic, technological, social and legal environments took place. The findings indicated a change in the behavior of associations, partners, government, and stakeholders in different roles and their influence on each other; Therefore, based on the analysis of the behavior of the agents, it led to the determination of the contribution and role of the actors in the direction of the evolution of the ecosystem. The findings of the present research can help policymakers and executive managers to improve the development strategy of the Internet of Things business to provide the services needed by the disabled. The development of the Internet of Things can be used to empower and improve the quality of human life, especially for the disabled. In this regards, the purpose of this paper is to first identify the various dimensions of eco-innovation performance drivers and eco-innovation performance and then to examine the impact of these drivers on eco-innovation performance. The present study uses a quantitative approach and survey strategy and is descriptive-correlational research. The results of this study show that the drivers of eco-innovation in this industry have technological, market, legal, and standards dimensions and they affect the innovative eco-innovation (product, process, and organization). According to the results, it is observed that the path coefficient of the technological drivers' dimension is higher than other dimensions of eco-innovation and as a result, this dimension is more important than other dimensions. Also, in the dimension of eco-innovation performance, it is observed that this product innovation dimension has the highest path coefficient among the dimensions of eco-innovation performance.
