The agricultural sector is of most importance for ensuring the country's food security, but for the negative effects on the environment and excessive use of the country's natural resources is criticized. So it is necessary to utilize knowledge-based agriculture in order to optimally use of resources in line with sustainable development and ensuring food security. This study was conducted with the purpose of explaining the determinants of farmers' willingness to use knowledge-based agriculture by using the descriptive-correlation method and the survey technique in Mazandaran province. The statistical population includes all the farmers of Mazandaran province who were selected by multi-stage random sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Based on the results, the average willingness of farmers to use knowledge-based agriculture was higher than average. <br /><br />The results of the path analysis showed that the attitude towards knowledge-based agriculture, the amount of knowledge and information of farmers and the level of understanding of problems had a significant direct effect on the willingness of farmers to use knowledge-based agriculture. The level of farmers' education had a positive and significant effect on the farmers' knowledge and information and their attitude, also education had a considerable indirect effect on the willingness of farmers.

In this paper, we investigate the implementation experience, performance, and challenges of open innovation tools under the law for supporting New Technology-Based Firms (NTBFs) from 2012 to 2022. This law is the most important national initiative for supporting innovative and technologically capable firms entailing more than 110 tools – of which 10 tools are dedicated to supporting open innovation and we focus on them in this paper. By adopting a qualitative research method and we conducted a content analysis of data gathered from semi-structured interviews, reports, and documents pertinent to open innovation (inbound, outbound, and coupled) tools. Our findings reveal that events and networks and meeting the technological needs of large companies are the two tools with higher influence on performance in match-making and the exchange of ideas and knowledge among NTBFs. Compared to international experiences, the creation and diffusion of knowledge and joint research are less supported tools in Iran. Assessing open innovation tools, policy-level open innovation coordination, and encouraging large public firms toward engaging in open innovation, are the key practical and theoretical implications of this paper.

Despite the numerous benefits of Industry 4.0, the healthcare sector in Iran has not yet fully adapted. One of the ways to address this issue is to identify the drivers of this phenomenon. This topic has not been investigated in the literature of healthcare. Therefore, this research aims to identify the drivers of Healthcare 4.0 in Iran and model them. The statistical population of this research is Healthcare experts in Iran. Judgmental and snowball sampling methods is used. Sample size is equals to 19 experts in the first phase and 10 experts in the second phase. The analysis method in the first and second phases is thematic analysis and fuzzy total interpretive structural modeling, respectively. The results of the first phase indicate 23 drivers, which are categorized into 6 main categories. The results of the second phase show that the drivers of "disease exacerbation", "competitive pressure", and "public pressure" are the most fundamental drivers for decision making. Based on this, it is recommended to remove barriers to private sector participation, increase public awareness, and empower managers.

Innovation networks as platforms for cooperation across company boundaries, through sharing knowledge, expertise and opportunities, are considered powerful strategies for solving complex problems, and opening the innovation cycle to different actors. This research's aim is to determine the key activities and roles of a facilitator-type orchestration in innovation networks. The National Productivity Network, which aims to attract the participation of all productivity stakeholders in the public and private sector and operates under the auspices of the National Productivity Organization, has been selected as the subject of this research. Next, by studying related documents from the network and conducting 10 semi-structured interviews with stakeholders, the required information was collected. To analyze the data, the qualitative method of theme analysis was used, and to illustrate the results, MaxQda software was used. Finally, a network of themes in the field of activities and roles of the Facilitator orchestrator is provided. In a way that activities include 7 universal subjects with titles of attracting members, planning and development of goals, ensuring the vitality of the network, ensuring the continuity of the network, communication and cooperation, identity building, and management knowledge movement in the form of three defined roles of architect, protector, and conductor.

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying the antecedents of lean innovation in service start-ups and it is a qualitative research based on the principles of interpretivism. The statistical population of the research included all service start-up entrepreneurs and faculty members of entrepreneurship faculties of first-level universities and 19 of them were selected by using the purposeful sampling method. The data were collected by conducting semi-structured interviews with the members of the statistical sample, and in order to ensure the validity and reliability of the data, the evaluation method of Lincoln and Guba (1985) was used, which is based on four criteria of reliability and validity. Data transferability, reliability and verifiability were confirmed. The collected qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis method and Atlas.ti software, as a result of which 133 basic codes, 17 constructive categories and 5 overarching categories were identified. Based on the findings of the research, five main categories of innovative orientation, organizational capabilities and infrastructure, culture of innovation and learning, pure collective vision, drivers and incentives were identified as precursors of pure innovation.

This study is based on the theory of planned behavior and aimed at the effect of environmental regulations on green technological innovative behavior with the mediation of green technology innovative intention in automobile managers. Green technological innovative behavior is divided into technological innovative behavior, clean process and green product innovation behavior. Environmental regulations also have two dimensions: command and control environmental regulations and motivational environmental regulations. The research is applied from the point of view of the objective and descriptive survey from the point of view of the method. The statistical population of the current research is the company of car managers, which includes 3100 managers and employees. Through Cochran's formula, the number of statistical sample is estimated to be 342 people. Structural equation method with PLS was used to check the research hypotheses. The research results showed that environmental regulations have a significant effect on innovative green technology and can suppress or promote innovative green technological behavior. Also, innovative green technology has a mediating role in the impact of environmental regulations on innovative green technological behavior, in other words, the interaction between environmental regulations and innovative green technology behavior can have important consequences for sustainable development and environmental protection.
