		<Abstract>Human resources is considered one of the most important aspects of organizations as it has significant impact on performance. With the rapid growth of technologies and societal change, human resources has been influenced and has undergone rapid transformation. This study aimed to explore the entrepreneurial opportunities arising from the technological trends in the human resource ecosystem in Iran in the next 5 years. This exploratory mixed methods study was conducted using a quantitative-qualitative approach. First, 17 technological trends were identified in a literature search from over 40 sources. Then, a survey sought the opinions of 57 experts to priorities the trends. Then, semi-structured interviews with 21 technology and HR experts were conducted using MAXQDA software to extract 243 open codes for opportunities, which after synthesis led to 38 identified technology-based entrepreneurial opportunities, including developments such as interactive VR safety training platforms, AI-supported CV analyses and AI-based compensation systems. The identified opportunities are categorized into six key areas: talent acquisition, rewards, compensation and work experience, employee relations and risk management, HR information management, HR administration and shared services, talent management and development. The findings can assist entrepreneurs, employers, and HR professionals in recognizing and leveraging technology-driven opportunities in human resources.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The present research aims to provide a comprehensive view of the current status of research on the innovation ecosystem. This is scientometrics effort to extract and analyze Bibliometrics networks in this field, conducted based on the indices of the Scopes citation database. The documents indexed on the open innovation ecosystem were extracted from the Scopes database from 2009 to 2023 using the systematic review method. They were then fed into Viewer to analyze Bibliometrics networks and use data mining techniques. The results revealed an ascending trend of publications on the open innovation ecosystem over the recent decade. According to the findings of the systematic review of the literature, keywords in the definitions of the open innovation ecosystem, such as network, actors, value creation, etc., have received the attention of researchers. Furthermore, the results of the co-citation network analysis also show that the literature is placed in four clusters: “open innovation,” “value creation and triple helix,” “production innovation in the open innovation ecosystem,” and “launching and development of open innovation.” According to research findings in recent years the relationship of topics such as cultural, industries sustainable development Sustainability etc.,</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The medical equipment industry has its own challenges in terms of commercialization due to its interdisciplinary nature as well as its sensitivity and connection with human life. Therefore, this study examines the drivers of commercialization of knowledge-based products in startups in the medical equipment industry. For this purpose, the subject was examined by reviewing the literature and the drivers were counted. By applying the subject literature, 9 experts of this industry were interviewed and their challenges were identified. In order to analyze and visualize causal relationships and prioritize drivers, DEMATEL technique was used. Since the causal drivers are the key factors of commercialization success, therefore, by using the examination and adaptation of the challenges and causal drivers, solutions can be identified to solve the challenges. Among the drivers in solving the challenges is the provision of financial resources and based on the identified relationships between the financial drivers, the potential growth of profit, financing capacity, existing financial resources and initial capital have priority. In the issue of market penetration and competition with brands, related to the marketability category includes marketing and sales skills, product market size, product competitiveness, and also the technology level component.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The digital transformation in the insurance industry is rapidly pervasive and various platforms providing electronic insurance services are developing and spreading. Indeed, this industry is transitioning to full digitalization. Meanwhile, due to the benefits and provided capabilities, online insurance marketplaces can be highly effective in promoting e-insurance at the community level. Nonetheless, there is no particular model for the adoption of such marketplaces in Iran. This study aimed to propose a particular acceptance model for electronic insurance marketplace in Iran to increase the promotion of such services in the country. To achieve the objective of the research, UTAUT2 model was selected as the base model. Then, special criteria related to such marketplaces were identified in this model and the initial acceptance model was developed. Then, the evaluation of this model was done based on collecting the opinions of insurance customers and the final was developed. The results of this study show that among the seven main structures in the UTAUT2 model, only four of them including social influence, habit, price value, and effort expectancy are effective in accepting the technology of online insurance marketplaces. The other factors do not have a positive influence on the acceptance of these marketplaces.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The progress of cyberspace technologies has transformed the economy in such a way that the digital economy has become one of the most influential and effective drivers of countries&#039; development. Cryptocurrency technology, as one of the most important components of the digital economy, brings opportunities and threats to countries. In fact, lack of in real time attention and adoption of effective policies in the economic and banking system can cause irreparable consequences. In this article, in order to give weight to criteria and the measure of criteria; By considering triple criteria which are include macroeconomic and investment, micro and technical economy and political, security and legal criteria; evaluation and prioritization of different monetary options have been done by using the hierarchical analysis method and The effects of cryptocurrency technology on the monetary and banking system were analyzed based on these three criteria. Among the 24 criteria which are determined by experts, not creation of money and inflation control is the first positive effect of cryptocurrency technology on the banking system. Results of this research show that macroeconomic development of cryptocurrency and electronic money technology has the most impact on the future economic and banking system of the country</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Industry 4.0 technologies can increase efficiency, promote the use of full production capacity, reduce costs, and thus improve the profitability of companies. Knowing the factors affecting the adoption of these technologies will greatly help manufacturing companies to invest in this field. This research aims to provide a pattern of adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies in Iran&#039;s auto part companies. In order to achieve the goal in this research, a mixed exploratory research method has been used in two stages, qualitative and quantitative. In this way, first, 86 related articles were reviewed using the metasynthesis method and the factors affecting the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies in industries were identified. Then, in the Delphi phase, with the help of 15 experts in this field, these factors were localized and screened. In the quantitative stage, the data obtained from the analysis questionnaire and the final model were presented using the structural equation modeling approach using the partial least squares method. Based on the results, 38 indicators in the form of 11 dimensions and 4 main factors &quot;organizational&quot;, &quot;industrial&quot;, &quot;national&quot; and &quot;international&quot; were identified as effective factors on the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies in Iran&#039;s auto part companies.</Abstract>
