Identifying and analyzing the drivers and consequences of implementing digital governance in industrial companies using the FCM method

Abstract
This study is a mixed qualitative and quantitative research based on the inductive deductive philosophy. The statistical population of the study is experts who were selected using purposive sampling and based on the principle of theoretical adequacy. The data collection tool in the qualitative part is an interview, Also, the data collection tool in the quantitative part is a questionnaire, Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis and quantitative data using fuzzy cognitive map. The results of this study indicate that the most important drivers of implementing digital governance in industrial companies are establishing transformation committees and digital ambassadors in the company for the gradual digital fertilization of units, encouraging the creation of policies for investment and use of digital technology, and accelerating the implementation of governance reform policies based on new technology-oriented models. Also, creating positive and sustainable transformation in the company based on innovation and development, accelerating the identification of the causes of the disorderly state of organizational governance by providing expert and technological solutions, injecting technological solutions, and drawing an innovation process in the structure and decisions were identified as the most important consequences of implementing digital governance in industrial companies.
