The Journal of Technology Development Studies is an open access journal (full text) published by the Department of Technology Development Studies of Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology (IROST) in collaboration with the Iranian Society for Technology and Innovation Management. The journal uses a two-way peer review policy and addresses important and current issues in the field of "technology and innovation management, carried out at the micro level". The journal follows the principles and criteria of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) in reviewing and publishing scientific articles, as well as the Executive Regulations of the Law on Prevention and Combating Fraud in Scientific Works. All submitted articles are reviewed by the Identifier software to ensure their authenticity, and then they are carefully evaluated by reputable and experienced referees. Also, based on the approved regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology’s publications, it was decided that in order to cover part of the costs of receiving, reviewing and publishing articles, after initial acceptance and before final acceptance of the article, an amount of 10,000,000 rials will be collected online from the respected authors, and the remaining related costs will be covered by IROST.
The Scientific Quarterly of Technology Development Management includes research and review articles in both Persian and English.

Article Processing Costs
Based on the approved regulations of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology’s publications, it was decided that in order to cover part of the costs of receiving, reviewing and publishing articles, after initial acceptance and before final acceptance of the article, an amount of 10,000,000 rials will be collected online from the respected authors, and the remaining related costs will be covered by IROST.
Subscription Fee
The Journal of Technology Development Management is published as an open access electronic journal, so there is no subscription fee for the audience.

Technology Development Management Quarterly provides free and open access to the full text of articles, and articles are available to users immediately after publication on the journal website. In this journal, authors retain all copyrights and their articles are published under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0). Under this license, you are free to download, reuse, reprint, modify, distribute, and/or copy the articles, but licensees may copy, distribute, display, and create derivative works only if they cite the original published article.
