The development of the IoT, is used to improve quality of human life, especially the disabled. New IoT businesses needed to be developed to produce IoT products. Competitive and cooperative strategies is essential for the development and evolution of businesses, so it is important to identify the components of the business ecosystem and evaluate the role and behavior of the actors, who interact with each other to achieve co-evolution. The problem is to analyze the interactions and behaviors of agents. Purpose of this research is to provide an analytical model for development of the IoT business ecosystem based on the agent-based approach. This model was simulated and analyzed based on the predicted business networking for each IoT architecture layers and interactions of actors in environments. Validation and verification of the model, was confirmed by combining methods and relying on expert opinions, based on 17 scenarios. Hence the analysis of the behavior of the agents, determining the share and role of the actors affected by environmental changes for the evolution of the ecosystem in the technology management. So, the policymakers will be able to improve the IoT business development strategy, to produce IOT products and services.
