Abstract

Today, the discussion about energy in all aspects of political, environmental, economic and security of energy is followed with more sensitivity than ever before around the world. Environmental issues and constraints of fossil resources are the two major problems that countries face. One of the strategies to reduce dependence on fossil resources, are Renewable Energies. One type of these renewable energies is wind energy, which is greatly compatible with Iran’s situation
The main objective of this paper is to describe and explain the process of development of wind power plant technology, based on technological innovation system and motors of innovation approach.
In this regard, the current state of wind power plant technology in Iran is described. Then, the functions and motors of innovation of wind technological system are explained by data historical analysis method. Finally the relationship between functions of technological innovation system are examined by using of structural equation modeling method
