Abstract

An effective collaborative network consists of a variety of members that are different in goals, knowledge, abilities, competences and advantages, attitudes and culture, and the importance of balancing their composition and managing network communications is very important. The management of official networks of science and technology cooperation in Iran is at the orchestra level. Despite network research efforts, network management has been largely neglected.
Therefore, in this paper, after studying the research done in this field, in order to better understand the effective variables and understand the existing dynamics, using a fuzzy dematel technique and a system dynamic modeling approach, a dynamic model is proposed, By drawing the causal diagrams (CLD), he helps to better understand the role of the orchestrator in the official networks of science and technology cooperation in Iran. The results indicate that the ability of the orchestrator, the trust and motivation of the network members, the process of socialization of members, and network sustainability are among the most important factors in the management of networks.
