Abstract

The present research is carried out with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methodology and aims to provide a framework for strategic innovation that is essential for Iranian companies to implement strategic innovation. In the qualitative section, while reviewing the research background, the components of strategic innovation were extracted Based on 18 of the expert interviews and topic analysis, other components were also gathered: Finally, the components in 7 structures with titles; Strategic innovation in the market; Strategic innovation in product; Strategic innovation in organizational processes; Strategic innovation in organizational structure; Strategic innovation in human resource development; Strategic innovation in customer relations; Strategic Innovation in Organizational Plans and Strategies, Were categorized. In the quantitative section, community including 1- Managers of companies in Techno Park 2- experts related to innovation and 3- Experts in the evaluation of companies affiliated to the Vice-President of Science and Technology, By stratified purpose sampling, by compiling and disseminating a Likert scale questionnaire and collecting 206 questionnaires for each of these structures, the structural equation analysis of factor analysis was performed The present status of the research variables was verified and the final model was approved in the first half of the year 2017.
