ارائه چارچوب همکاری راهبردی بین نظام بانکی خصوصی و فینتک ها در ایران

چکیده

انجام فعالیت‌های مالی از سوی فینتک ­ها باعث کاهش درآمد و قلمرو بانک‌های خصوصی کشور شده است و در­صورت عدم اتخاذ راهبرد‌های جدید، بقای این بانک‌ها به مخاطره خواهد افتاد. براین‌اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه چارچوب همکاری راهبردی بین نظام بانکی خصوصی و فینتک ها است. دراین‌راستا با به­ کارگیری رویکرد پژوهش کیفی و راهبرد نظریه داده‌بنیاد، 664 گزاره اولیه،50 مقوله فرعی و 15 مقوله اصلی در قالب چارچوب ابرانگاره‌ای طبقه‌بندی شده ­است. براساس یافته‌های پژوهش و مبتنی بر چارچوب ابرانگاره‌ای، ابهامات محیطی می‌تواند زمینه را برای همکاری راهبردی طرفین فراهم کند که در­آن از­یک ­سو فرصت‌سنجی فینتک، رفتار دیجیتالی مشتریان، نیازسنجی مشتریان، شناخت مشتریان از فینتک، حفظ محیط رقابتی، اصول و قوانین مالی اسلامی و ارزش‌گذاری دقیق کسب‌وکارها به­ عنوان شرایط علّی و از­سوی­ دیگر عوامل درونی نظام بانکی خصوصی به عنوان شرایط مداخله­ گر مؤثر است. این همکاری راهبردی برای طرفین رشد و پیامدهای مالی، فرآیندی، عملیاتی و ارتباطی به­ همراه خواهد داشت.

چکیده [English]

The fintech industry's financial activities have decreased the growth and territory of the Iranian private banks, and if new strategies are not adopted, their survival is threatened. The purpose of the research is to provide a strategic collaboration framework for the private banking system and the fintech industry. In this regard, using a qualitative research approach and a grounded theory strategy, 664 initial codes, 50 sub-categories, and 15 main categories were classified in the form of a paradigm model. Based on the research findings and according to the paradigm, environmental ambiguities of which, fintech industry’s seizing opportunity, digital customer behavior, customer needs assessment, customer knowledge of what fintech industry is, maintaining a competitive environment, Islamic financial principles and laws, and accurate valuation of businesses as causal conditions, on the one hand and on the other hand, the internal factors of the private banking system as intervention conditions are effective to pave the way for strategic collaboration between the parties.This strategic collaboration will lead to economic growth and financial, procedural, procedural, operational and communicational outcomes.
