تبیین چگونگی ایفاء نقش قابلیت های پویا در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط دانش بنیان موفق ( حوزه فناوری ارتباطات و اطلاعات)

چکیده

محیط های متلاطم و وجود عواملی مانند تحریم ها، قوانین دولت، رانت شرکت‌های دولتی، عدم پایداری شرایط اقتصادی بویژه نوسانات نرخ ارز که در مورد محصولات حوزه فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات حائز اهمیت است، میزان عدم اطمینان و چالش‌های این محیط را افزایش داده است. اما در این میان، شرکت های دانش بنیان موفقی وجود دارند که همچنان به صدرنشینی خود در بازار ایران ادامه داده‌اند و توانسته‌اند سهم بازار خوبی را خلق کرده و حفظ کنند و همچنان به فعالیت خود ادامه دهند. ما اعتقاد داریم بخشی از موفقیت و رشد اینگونه کسب و کارها ناشی از اقدامات به موقع آن‌ها در برابر چالش‌ها و برخورداری از قابلیت‌هایی است که نمی‌توان آن را صرفا به قابلیت های روتین همانند سایرکسب وکارها نسبت داد. در چنین محیطی، مزیت رقابتی، پایدار نیست و کسب و کارهای کوچک و متوسط دانش بنیان برای ادامه فعالیت و رسیدن به سهم بازار به قابلیت‌های پویا احتیاج دارند. برای تبیین چگونگی نقش قابلیت های پویا بر عملکرد شرکت-های کوچک و متوسط دانش بنیان مدلی را براساس ادبیات تحقیق استخراج کرده و سپس با مصاحبه با مدیران و کارکنان این شرکت‌ها، صحت یا عدم صحت مدل را بررسی کردیم.

چکیده [English]

The turbulent environments and the presence of factors such as sanctions, government laws, access to state-owned corporate confidential information, traditional ways of business, instability in economic conditions, especially exchange rate fluctuations that are important for ICT products, enhance uncertainty and challenges of such an environment. In the meantime, there are successful knowledge-based companies that have continued to dominate Iranian market, and although they have been struggling with many problems, they have been able to create and maintain a good market share and continue their activities. We believe that part of the success and growth of these businesses stems from their timely action against challenges and capabilities that cannot be attributed to routine capabilities just like any other business. In such an environment, the competitive advantage is not sustainable, and small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) need tools to continue to operate and achieve market share. In order to explain the role of dynamic capabilities on the performance of SMEs, a model was developed using the literature and then, by interviewing the managers and staff of these companies, the model accuracy was examined.
