چکیده

امروزه اکثر مشتریان، فناوری پیشرفته اطلاعات و ارتباطات را نه‌تنها برای برقراری ارتباط با آشنایان، بلکه به‌منظور ایجاد ارتباط با کسب‌وکار مورد علاقه خود نیز بکار می‌گیرند. بعلاوه، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات مسیر بنگاه‌ها را به بازارهای جدید هموار ساخته و میزان موفقیت سازمان از طریق بسترهای دیجیتال را افزایش می‌دهد؛ بنابراین، مدل‌های فعلی کارآفرینی سازمانی پاسخگوی نیاز سازمان‌های فناوری­بنیان نبوده و ضروری است در فضای کسب‌وکار پویای امروز، کارآفرینی‌هایی بروز پیدا کنند که عوامل متأثر از فناوری‌های پیشرفته، در آن‌ها مدنظر قرار گرفته باشند. این پژوهش، مدلی مفهومی برای کارآفرینی سازمانی فناورانه (کارآفرینی فناورانه در سازمان‌ها) با رویکرد کسب‌وکارهای الکترونیک ارائه می‌کند تا موجب افزایش سودآوری سازمان‌ها از طریق به‌کارگیری هوش تجاری منتج از تحلیل داده‌های بزرگ و اتخاذ تصمیمات دقیق شود. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف، در زمره تحقیقات «اکتشافی کاربردی» و به لحاظ روش، جزء مطالعات «کیفی» به­شمار می‌رود. با مطالعه ادبیات و پیشینه پژوهش، عوامل تأثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی سازمانی فناورانه با تأکید بر کسب‌وکارهای الکترونیک شناسایی و با چهار گام دلفی، توسط 20 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه‌ها مورد غربالگری قرار گرفت و در نهایت، مدلی مفهومی با 15 عامل مؤثر بر کارآفرینی فناورانه در سازمان‌ها ارائه شد.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays many consumers of ICT, like Social Media, used it not only to keep in touch with their family and friends, but also to stay connected to their favorites business. ICT also paved the way of business units toward marketing and made corporates capable of conducting business through e-platforms. Then, the needs of corporates could no longer be met by the current models of Corporate Entrepreneurship. So, in today's dynamic business, creating an entrepreneurial environment in the corporate taking factors affecting hightech into account was imperative. To boost the profitability of Corporates, this study presented a conceptual model for Technological Corporate Entrepreneurship, like e-business. It helped drive profitability of Technological Corporates by developing smart strategies and making best and effective decisions. Then, the present study was an “Exploratory-Applied" research sorting into purpose-based categorization and a "Qualitative" one in terms of its method. Identification of factors affecting Corporate Entrepreneurship in e-businesses was reached by a well-done literature review. Then 4 rounds of Delphi Techniques were conducted. Afterwards it was screened by 20 experts in those fields. Finally, a conceptual model categorized with 15 influential factors was presented for Techno-Entrepreneurship in Corporates.
