نقش دانش فناورانه و جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی بر موفقیت کارآفرینی با نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت‌های دانش بنیان استان لرستان)

چکیده

امروزه اکثر کسب‌وکارها برای موفقیت در حوزه فعالیت خود نیاز به دانش و تکنولوژی کارآمد و جدید دارند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی نقش دانش فناورانه و جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی بر موفقیت کارآفرینی با نقش میانجی سرمایه روانشناختی انجام شده است. این مطالعه از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نوع توصیفی و با روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه 384 نفر از کارکنان شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان استان لرستان است که به روش نمونه‌گیری در‌ دسترس انتخاب شدند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، روش حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار Smart PLS‌3 مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت سنجش روایی از روایی همگرا بهره گرفته شد و به منظور برازش پایایی، آلفای کرونباخ مورد استفاده قرار گرفت و ضریب آن برای تمام سازه‌های پژوهش بیشتر از 7/0 است. ‌ نتایج نشان می‌دهد که دانش فناورانه بر موفقیت کارآفرینی و سرمایه روانشناختی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی بر سرمایه روانشناختی و موفقیت کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین سرمایه روانشناختی بر موفقیت کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. در نهایت می‌توان گفت سرمایه روانشناختی هم در رابطه دانش فناورانه و موفقیت کارآفرینی و هم در رابطه جهت‌گیری کارآفرینی و موفقیت کارآفرینی نقش میانجی‌گری ایفاء می‌کند

چکیده [English]

Today, most businesses need efficient and new knowledge and technology to succeed in their field of activity. The present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the role of technological knowledge and entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial success with the mediating role of psychological capital. This study has been conducted in terms of applied purpose, descriptive type and survey method. The statistical population in this study is 384 employees of knowledge-based companies in Lorestan province, who were selected by convenience sampling. In order to analyze the data, partial least squares method and Smart PLS-3 software were used. Convergent validity was used to measure validity, and Cronbach's alpha was used to measure reliability, and its coefficient is greater than 0.7 for all research constructs. The results show that technological knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success and psychological capital. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on psychological capital and entrepreneurial success. Also, psychological capital has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Finally, it can be said that psychological capital plays a mediating role both in the relationship between technological knowledge and entrepreneurial success and in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial success
