شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت و پیامدهای پیاده سازی کارآفرینی سایبری

چکیده

امروزه پیشرفت علم و تکنولوژی و وجود تغییرات سریع در روند زندگی راه را به سوی روش‌های تکراری می‌بندد و لزوم راهکارهای جدید و خلاقانه را می‌طلبد. در این میان کارآفرینی سایبری بااستفاده از نوآوری و ابتکار عمل پتانسیل‌های فناوری را برای حل مشکلات به‌‌ کار می‌گیرد و از این طریق زمینه‌ساز شکل‌گیری مشاغل جدید می‌شود. ازاین ‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت و پیامدهای پیاده‌سازی کارآفرینی سایبری انجام پذیرفت. پژوهش حاضر، پژوهشی آمیخته است که به صورت کیفی و کمی انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع پیمایشی و اکتشافی است که دارای رویکرد پژوهشی قیاسی استقرایی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، خبرگان مشتمل بر مدیران شرکت‌های نوپا و استارتاپ‌ها و کسب‌وکارهای آنلاین استان لرستان هستند که اعضای نمونه آن بااستفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری انتخاب شده اند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه است که روایی و پایایی ابزارها به ترتیب بااستفاده از شاخصهای استحکام بخشی گوبا و لینکلن برای مصاحبه و روایی محتوایی و پایایی باز آزمون برای پرسشنامه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش برای تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, the advancement of Science and technology and the rapid changes in the course of life are closing the way to repetitive methods and requiring new and creative solutions. In the meantime, cyber entrepreneurship uses innovation and initiative to harness the potential of technology to solve problems, thus creating the basis for the formation of new jobs. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and analyzing the key success factors and consequences of implementing cyber entrepreneurship. The present study is a mixed study that has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. This research is a survey and exploratory method in terms of practical purpose and data collection method, which has an inductive comparative research approach. The statistical research community, experts consist of managers of start-ups, startups and online businesses of the province of larestan, whose sample members were selected using the targeted sampling method and based on the principle of theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative part of the questionnaire, where the validity and reliability of the tools were analyzed using the Guba and Lincoln partial strength indicators for the interview and the content valid
