تعیین کننده های قصد استفاده مداوم از سیستم های اقتصاد اشتراکی(مورد مطالعه: تاکسی های اینترنتی)

چکیده

اقتصاد اشتراکی به عنوان یک مدل اجتماعی – اقتصادی براساس استفاده مشترک از کالاهای بدون استفاده و غیرضروری تعریف شده است. اکنون، این مفهوم در علوم اقتصادی به سرعت رشد یافته و با توسعه مدل های کسب و کار در سال های اخیر، نقش خود را بیش از پیش هویدا کرده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی چارچوبی برای تعیین کننده های قصد استفاده مداوم از سیستم های اقتصاد اشتراکی و به صورت موردی تاکسی های اینترنتی است. به منظور انجام این تحقیق از روش مطالعات فراترکیب که نوعی روش مطالعه نظامند می باشد استفاده شد. با جستجو در پایگاه Scopus چهارصد و هشتاد سند علمی به دست آمد و پس از حذف مقالات نهایتا 49 مقاله جهت بررسی نهایی انتخاب شد. در این پژوهش برای استخراج و کدگذاری داده ها از روش کدگذاری باز و نرم افزارMAXQDA2018 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از وجود بیست و هفت زمینه فرعی در قالب شش زمینه اصلی شامل ویژگی های پلتفرم، عوامل مشتری، اطمینان، زمینه اجتماعی، زمینه فردی و عملکردی در بین مقالات است.

چکیده [English]

The sharing economy is defined as a socio-economic model based on the common use of unused and unnecessary goods. Now, this concept in economic sciences has grown rapidly and with the development of business models in recent years, it has shown its role even more. The purpose of this research is to design a framework for the determinants of the intention to continuously use sharing economy systems and, on a case-by-case basis, internet taxis. In order to conduct this research, the method of meta-composite studies, which is a kind of systematic study method, was used. Four hundred and eighty scientific documents were obtained by searching the Scopus database, and after removing the articles, finally 49 articles were selected for the final review. In this research, open coding method and MAXQDA2018 software were used for data extraction and coding. The results of the research indicate the existence of twenty-seven sub-fields in the form of six main fields including platform features, customer factors, trust, social context, individual and functional context among the articles.
