ارائه مدل کسب وکار موثر در حوزه کسب وکارهای الکترونیکی با روش شبکه خزانه

چکیده

مفهوم مدل کسب وکار به منظور موفقیت برای سازمان‌ها در دنیای رقابتی و همچنین کسب جایگاه جهانی در علم کارآفرینی اهمیت یافته است. این مقاله استفاده از تئوری سازه شخصی و روش شناسی شبکه خزانه را بیان می‌نماید که روشی جدید برای استخراج فهم شناختی کارآفرینان از مدل کسب وکار می‌باشد. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی پیمایشی است. نخست با استفاده از 13 مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با کارآفرینان حوزه کسب وکارهای الکترونیکی و استخراج 346 سازه اولیه از فهم شناختی آنها از مدل کسب وکار موثر، با یاری روش تحلیل محتوا، 37 سازه ثانویه بدست آمد. در مرحله دوم با ابزار پرسشنامه نظرات خبرگان به منظور نظامند کردن سازه‌های مدل کسب وکار موثر جمع آوری شد. مشارکت نظری این پژوهش بیان چارچوبی از مدل کسب وکارموثردر حوزه کسب وکارهای الکترونیکی با استفاده از روش شبکه خزانه می‌باشد. این چارچوب می‌تواند برای شروع و توسعه کسب وکار برای کارآفرینان مفید بوده و برای درک مدل کسب وکار موثر در تحقیقات آینده مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Abstract:
The concept of business model is important to succeed for organizations in the competitive world as well as gaining a global position in the field of entrepreneurship. This paper presents the use of personal construct theory and repertory grid methodology which is a new method for extracting entrepreneurial cognitive understanding of a business model. This research is a descriptive survey. First, using 13 semi-structured interviews with entrepreneurs in the field of electronics business and extracting 346 primary structures from their cognitive understanding of effective business models, 37 secondary structures were obtained using content analysis method. Then, using a questionnaire, the experts' opinions were collected to systematize the structures of the effective business model. The theoretical contribution of this research is to present a business model framework for the electronics business using repertory grid technique. This framework can be useful for start-ups and business development for entrepreneurs and can be used to understand the effective business model in the future research works
